First Grow, CFL Indoor Closet, Sour Cream & Bubblelicious

Good morning!

Was looking at the bubble to see if the reverse worked and I do not see anymore balls appearing. sour cream is looking great, 13.5" tall this morning. bubble is 18" the sour has tons of preflowers but they are hard to notice because it's still growing so bushy. bubble is really starting to spread out and stretch. IMO the progress seems a little behind for the 12th day of 12/12 but I'm happy they are both looking female now. Game them 1 tsp of TigerB yesterday, today I notice a little burn on the bottom leaves. Next time they get nuts I think I'll do 1 tsp again. Runoff: Sour Cream 6.5, Bubblelicious 6.6

Why do the pistils have red dots on them?

I am running out of vertical grow space for the bubblelicious. It's 18" tall and I've got about 5" left of space for it to grow. It's been doing .5-1" a day soo. I hope it slows down soon. Pictures of the entire plants soon.

ive got some bubblelicious seeds that i put off growing till after i grew some auto seeds i got...i got the reg bubblelicious seeds and not the auto flower...im also starting a papaya seed at the same time....hope to get them going in the next week or two.ill sub up and see how your grow finishes....looking great man.

yo man how many watts you using through cfls? im comparin my grow to yours and mine arent getting the height i was expecting it too

He should have sold you "saturater" as well. It is also made by Dutch Master and should be mixed with Reverse. I keep both on standby for the first sign of Hermies.

207w 9 23w cfl's. No point in getting the 26 waters as they put of the exact same lumen. Save some pennies on the electricity bill. The change from yesterday is like night and day. SC grew to 15" Bubble looks as if it's topping and it's still 18"

Great looking plants. I've read that Bubblelicious really grow in height during the first few weeks of flowering. Mine are really stretching AND using up water. I watered them well yesterday and this morning they were droopy until I watered again. The soil meter indicated dry, after only one day! I may have to keep a closer eye on the soil moisture. I sure don't want to hold them back now.

Yea, they drink water like no tomorrow. I watered mine Friday and they need more today. I'll probably hold off until Monday though. I read mixed reviews on if the penetrator was needed or not. I decided to not go with it because it was 30 dollars. It seems to have worked without it but wow it's got a low pH level 1.3

I decided to not LST with this grow because it was my first, next time around I'm going to though, maybe do 4 plants in smaller pots.

Yeah, the bottles warn you not to attempt to adjust PH when using their product. The penetrator makes a great addition for all foliar sprays. It increase leaf intake by up to 60%, is the claim.

13th day of 12/12. I did some pruning of the lower leaves and branches yesterday on both plants. The ones that weren't getting any light I clipped them off. Plants seemed to have reacted great to it.

Looking good.Fyi before you take any advice make sure they finished a grow themselves or its just something they read and trying to pass it on.LMao

oh yea most def. I always triple check what I read before doing it. That being said, plants are same height, it seems like they slow in growth after a couple days without watering. They got water+molasses this morning, my wife decided to do it and now their pH level is a tad too high. sour cream 6.8, bubblelicious 6.7... Hopefully things don't go too bad! I Took some pictures of the bugs, I'll post them later.

Plantz are looking good.The Bubblelicous takes right off when you switch to 12/12.I had to supercrop my main stem because of the height.Can't wait to see yours bulk up.:leaf:

Hey bro, great looking grow! I had to come out of the shadows and actually post on this one instead of just reading, lol :clap:

I am actually doing the exact same grow, DNA Sour Cream and Nirvana Bublelicious (auto).

Or... I had a Bubblelicious. A word of advice: Keep an eye out for nanners on that Bubblelicious. Mine Hermied in a BAD way when it started to flower. It was a 50/50 male female flower ratio. :wall:

Sour Cream is a great smelling/looking plant. I am at day 45 flower right now and only have limited head room so she's been in bondage for the last month or so. Had a little bit of a nute & heat issue (she seems extra sensitive to sodium and temps above 85) but it's still an amazing plant.

Also she takes about 3 weeks to start flowering from the 12/12 flip, and she will easily tripple in size during the stretch, so be ready for that.

Wow, keep posting updates of those sour cream plants. I have a hard time finding journals of peeps growing them. When I do find a grow with sour cream there aren't even any pictures! Yea, the bubble tried to hermie on me already, I got some dutchmaster reverse and sprayed it two days ago. Gonna spray it again on the 4th. Thanks for the comments. How tall is that sour cream?

I'll keep swingin back by here and keep an eye on you're grow. I'll definitly swing through here and keep ya updated on my grow so we can compare! Haha, I haven't been able to find any good grow journals with sour cream either...

My Sour Cream is probily about five feet easily if it weren't tied down. I have it restrained down to 36" because of the height of my Tent, and the heat from the 400w HPS. So its 36" tall and 48" wide. I started flowering at 12" (just didn't expect it to stretch quite as much as it did).

Also (not to be a downer) but I used Dutchmaster Reverse (with Penetrator as directed) at the first sign of nanners on the Bubblelicious. Didn't do anything. For a while I tried to pick off the nanners but I had to chop her in her second week flower to avoid pollinating the Sour Cream. :( Just keep a close eye on he/she and pluck if you have to before pollination.
It's just sh!t genetics (IMO). Turned me off to Nirvana.

Ouch, that sucks. I'm keeping a very close eye on it. So far so good.
