thanks for your thumbs up tahoe58

when i say dry i mean 10 %
if the light is on, the dryness will reach 10 %

i had a wet t shirt system :eyesmoke: before, so i kept my humidity around 30-40 %
i mist quite a lot my plants so i keep everything up.

i also do whatever seems to work, but before i let the soil dry way too much

today is day 40 from seed, they look absolutely gorgeous
i have 4 females out of 7 initial plants which is perfect for me

3 days ago i started to cut the lower branches so the plant can focus on the upper part
but i just couldn't throw away the branches so i built up another box for the clones

i got 8 new ones, they seem to survive

my plan is to put 3 or 4 straight into flowering with the mothers (just for experimenting) and keep another 4 for future 'ideas' :)

and the pics...

day 10 into flowering
they seem to stop growing

i still cannot believe how much water they can 'eat'
i water them every 24 h, sometimes even more
if it gets past 36h they look super super droopy
water them and in 2 mins they are up and running

cant wait for the end of this :P

The plants are very large for this size pot, Im surprised they dont want more water than that. They look great!!!! The smaller more root bound the root sytsyem is, the quickly they are preflower sometimes. what are you feeding by the way?

yes lots of ppl told me that the pots will be small
honestly i think i could have got them even taller, i think the pots are just enough for the height i planned (1meter)

well i give them 500 ml water daily(afternoon regularly)
and i feed H E S I * P L A N T E N V O E D I N G

I have a veg one, flowering one and an extra phosphorous one which ill start in maybe 10 days to feed them

i can say i am rally happy with them untill now, waiting for the big budz :-D

wohoooooooooooooooooo

cool...yea....a little different is always good....I still can't believe the number of different strains available....blows me away everytime I read about another new one...today I read about one called sapphire star.....maybe should cross with Blueberry, and make blue sapphire...hahahahaha

Yeahh that sound ace Tahoe, hmmm blue sapphire , looking great btw melushell, how big are those pots then about 45cm tall? coz its not like the soil goes right to the top of the pot either, those are some beautiful plants man, the yield off them is probs gnna be ridiculous,
look forward to spending about 6 hours harvesting haha
Jolly :D

honestly i think maybe half of the strains are a bit commercial crap
i don't think there are 1000's of varieties, maybe just a few mains and the rest are really small varieties
but again... i am no connoisseur whatsoever

the pots are 22 cm tall (7 Liters), an yeah the soil is not filling them up :eyesmoke:
i wish it did tough, next time i guess
but it just proves that you don't need a huge root system to feed up the plant, and as it looks those pots make just enough :)

what flips me out is that the plants are still growing
i started flowering 3 weeks ago and one of the plant gained almost 35 cm
i cant put my lamp up anymore :P

well it started to show loads of hairs and buds i am super happy

i wish i could share the 'outcome' with some folks around these forums
some day i guess

also are some grown outdoors then?

hehehe not quite......around 98% indoors

i say 98% because when they were seedlings i was keeping them in the sun for a few hours every day
honestly i would make myself a greenhouse keep them with sun as the day has to give and the rest with lamps
for me it will be the ultimate grow

someday.... :)

dude it did an amazing job for me :)
it has an enchanced blue spectrum so the veg was really good
look at my thread, i managed to get the plants to around 80 cm in 30 days of 24h

tough... next time for the first 2-3 weeks in vegetation probably ill use fluoro,
lot cheaper to buy and cheaper on electricity too
they have also more blue spectrum
