hey guys.. today is the day I begin the chop process. I'm using boiling water on all the plants tonight, then leaving the lights on for 2-3 more days.

on a side note I just cut off a small bud from one of the bigger plants. This certain Bud spot looked different from all the others, as if it had begun drying already. It had a different color than the other nugs on the plants. Most of them are purple now since it gets cold at night here. But this nug in particular had a goldish tint to it. Here's some pics of it. It smells wonderful(white russian) and looks pretty good. My first impression was bud rot or something but after further investigation it seems that its just much dryer than the rest of the plant.. lengthy explanation , sorry.

welp after one 12 hour period after the boiling water... all my buds have degraded and are tiny... haha jk... A lot of my leaves turned purples and it seems like frostiness in the buds has increased. Even seems the buds have enlarged over such a short period of time. I'll post pics later tonight. THANKS RIDDLEME!!!

its a method used by riddleme so I decided to go with it.

This is a quote from someone over on riddlem3.com . Theres a shitload of information on it but this sums it up...

In essence you need the extreme heat of the boiled water to kill the roots so that the plant goes into survival mode fermenting itself to obtain alcohol to fuel itself and survive thereby beginning the "cure" as it dies slowly speeding up and shortening the "cure" time

Glad you did. Thanks, I really enjoyed reading through this.
Are you growing anything now?

I'm running a tiny grow in a bucket, and am getting some humiliating small plants xD I need to pick it up for the next grow...

nothing currently but since this CFL grow, I've done 3-4 runs with a 400w CMH and have gotten great results..
