First defoliation and some LST… Impressions?

Pinch the main stalk about 2/3 of the way up, make it "pop" and lean that top over at a 90° angle.

Don't be afraid to break branches off, you'll eventually get the feel for "pinching & popping" branches to lean them over.

I wouldn't of pinched or trimmed anything on that plant. I just did my four today at 46 days old from helmet heads 4 days into light flip for flower.

Listen to me.
Growing pot ain't fucking Bonsai.
I see too many growers, mostly novice, that try all these methods to grow a very simple plant that really just want's TOO BE LEFT THE FUCK ALONE!!!!., & they complicate it.
This is what I have found out after over 35 years of popping seeds in every form/shape/manner.
I understand the visual attraction of a pruned/trained plant, but every leaf/branch removed from that plant reduces it's ability to breath/feed.
Think about that
Yea, that's fucking right!!!!!
Leaves do capture light ray's/aspirate/display plant health, like if you don't have any fucking leaves you will not be able to see any def's/illnesses.
Leaves are a roadmap to the plants health & the plants only source for food really & a major storage area for water.
No leaves
No photosynthesis/water retention
If a leaf seems to be blocking a bud (really has no too little effect).move the branch/bud/ leaf/don't cut :)

Short story about pruning/defoliating, but 1st off, this is only my opinion, so be aware..............THAT MY REAL NAME IS GANJA GURU :) ( 6 grams kicking :) ) in?

I grew for awhile in a pretty high humidity enviromint in my basement with tight areas between plants, so for added air circulation around the base of the plant I would take off habitually the lower 4 branches for added air flow, figuring they're useless anyway
One grow I said fuck it, I have enough fans & didn't cut anything & I'll never forget this one branch I cut that was like the 3rd up & it had like 6 beautiful buds on it & I never trimmed again.
True story.

So, buy good seeds/water& feed SIMPLY!!!!!! (NPK is all the same/fuck AN)/don't trim/good light/temp below 90 F & RH-80% OR LESS & your good to go

Good luck :)

PS
Plants are very droopy.
Water/Light/low N/ you figure it out :)
