It took me twenty times watching that movie before I noticed when craig's girlfriends calls him saying he was at a show with some giraffe, that she has some guy laying next to her... and beautiful plants.

Doing some early weighing... pretty disappointed. It is looking like average will probably be around 2 - 2.5 oz/plant, which is enough for me to consider this run a success... but basically was my minimum for that... a week or two back i had thought this was how it may end up... then i started getting excited thinking it was gonna be 3-4.... now back to earth... butit's still all good... i'll have more than doubled my previous largest yields... my highest g/w... etc... but not really what i was hoping for lots of room for improvement on next run, so i expect i'll get there next time... just wishing it were more now

I mentally plan for 1.5 - 2 oz/plant. If I get more, that way I'm happy. Way too many people decide (usually at about week 2) they're doing a half-pound per plant and it's going to be AWESOME. Then they buy a new mountain bike with all the money they're sure will be there in 8 weeks...

lol yeah it's still good and a successful run just started getting hopes up for more.... going to be interesting to see how much difference there is next time using real formula super soil that's been properly aged with plants properly vegged instead of rushed. I got 3-4z before so I guess now I'm not really going to be happy unless i'm at least hitting 3/plant But that was with normal formula super soil. ah well nothing to be done now except make sure next run is bigger and better.

I still expect to have a couple of good yielders... the big CCM is weighing over 4z still but it's not dry enough for that to be a good weight.. i expect it'll settle in around 3z. I think one or two of the bigger tw's will probably get around 3-4 too but we'll see. i haven't weighed any of that pheno yet and it's the most likely to shrink i think

I'm most curious to see the yield difference between my 8-head and 16-head LSD plants. Won't know that until around July, though.

trimming last 4 plants that of the 15 i'm taking now. about to put buds from first plant taken into jars... by tonight only the 3 smallest chernobyl x space jills will still be alive upstairs in a closet under 3 LEDs all the plants are out of the downstairs grow room and tomorrow will be tearing down the cab, cleaning that room, and dumping dirt into a trash can to recycle for the next veg.

Veg plants looking good they really need new homes but I can't til the inspector comes... as soon as i have everything cleaned up and ready for a quick evac i'm going to start pressing the landlord on that inspection and other issues I'm looking forward to giving the veg plants undivided attention

i'm still hoping for at least 3+ on a couple of timewrecks and the big CCM... we'll see.

Just jarred the first 2 smaller CCMs... both ended up right around 1.25oz. Those were a couple of the smaller plants though. Will be jarring up penis pheno tw at some point today.

1440w total by LED wattage but the actual power draw is a little less than 1K. My last run in the standard super soil formula I was pulling plants 3-4z+. I have a feeling that was one of the big differences this time since it was a mish mash of different soil mixes and nutes I had available. Had some environmental issues with it being too cold or hot quite a few days, mainly too cold... not enough veg time... I will be resolving a lot of these issues for next run. I will pull 4z/plant avg next run or be damned trying next run is going to be 2/3 from cuttings so should be better based on that too.

Trimming big ChernoJill now... it is sad to cut her early she efinitely is not ready... and they definitely needed to be bigger before flower. But I got 3 cuts for next time...

what did you end up yielding total? def looked like some great smoke.

I don't know yet -- only 3 plants are in jars so far the rest are still hanging. Some of the bigger ones are still waiting to be processed.

The penis pheno timewreck came out to almost exactly 2z and is jarred now.

Haha yeah I've seen a lot of good LED grows. They are not for everyone. I think they're best for people who grow low profile but want to get good yields and people who can't do great environmental control on their grow room. Wanting to use less electric is another good reason. They're definitely more expensive.

I'm actually thinking next run since I'm going to have more resources and going to be putting in better environmental control as soon as the landlord is done coming by that I'm gonna get a 1K light and do 1K, 600W and LED side by side. OR I may do 600W vs 2 x 400w CMH vs LED... I have a few weeks to decide... might also do 1K vs old LEDs vs a new LED we'll see... i'm definitely gonna be adding some more light though and it's not going to be more 240w blackstars.

You won dude. You were right... those green timewrecks needed at least a week or two more. The good news. Original (the first one I noticed) apple jacks pheno -- timewreck #8 -- just clocked in at 3.5z, including 2 7g colas around 5 or 6" long... bad news.. most of the bud looks fairly airy especially the lowers not so much the tops... it looks like it would've benefited from more swell time for sure... just imagine if i'd been able to give her those extra 2 weeks she might've been 4.5z 3.5z isn't bad at all though. there are a couple of other timewrecks this size that i guess i'll probably get around 3z+ on... as well as the big ccm.... we'll see how things go... more should be getting jarred tomorrow I got lots of pics but haven't had time to post.

I use LED for everything except flower. I think they're the perfect veg light (and the cheap panels are the best cloners I've ever used). I'm going to be doing some side-by-sides with 1K HPS and a Solarstorm 800 later in the year when my flower chamber is actually full, but from everything I've read, I don't expect LED to be as good.
