So just getting started with ferments. Gathering knowledge and material. Which brings me to my question, can i freeze the fresh material, i.e. strawberry tops, citrus peels, apple cores, fish scraps, etc., then thaw and use?
I would prefer using "waste" rather then buying just for this purpose, but do it if i must.
