for sure, lights come on in 6 hours, i'll take some pics,
all you need is;
a clear 2L bottle
your 70w hps, (any larger bulb and you'll need 2 2L bottles)
a length of 5inch wide lightproof tubing (got mine at hydro shop)
duct tape
a 4 inch pc fan running on a 12v supply.
the temp in my box is a steady 75-78 and that's with just the cooltube fan running as an outtake, and a passive intake..

There just black plastic grow bags. I saw them at the garden store and i thought they were cool so i got some. They were less than a dollar a piece too.
