Feeding Urine to your plants.

That got your attention didnt it. Before i continue im gonna have say "PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME" I dont want anyone getting stupid ideas that arent proven. With that said I just read on that one could actually feed plants human urine. That urine contains enough nitrogen, pottasium and phosphorous that if diluted with water you could feed plants with it acting as a fert. I know its crazy. I would think it would be too acidic especially if that person were to say drink Mt Dew all day long and play video games. I would also think it would have alot of salts in it as well. But out of curiousity could one actually do this if they checked ph levels of water diluted the urine and did regular flushings due to salt build up.. Im talking worse case scenario here where you had no way of composting ect and had no money to buy ferts could our waste actually benifit a plant. Anyone actually took a test strip of urine to actually see the npk value in it or done a ph test for that matter. Well there it is open for discussion please cure my boredom with your input.:peace:

Holy crap fdd came to one of my threads I feel special that I actually got your attention. But I seen hulk hogan give his daughter some of his urine to drink. THat new can thing purifies it or something. This was just a curiousity thread I hope nobody actually tries it I just wanted to see if some experienced people thought it was possible or not. And no I will not be posting anything about taking grumpies in your plants Lol. But ty sir for stoping by at least to get a laugh

i had use urine and it worked and the i moved up but it does work as a temp fert, just like epsom salt as well. so it has been done and works , and i seen that someone tried it to germinate his seeds as well, but its only a temp fert that helps alot . no b.s

While using it did you have to flush alot? And did you see any growth difference when you started doing it.

no i diluted it with water and it had alot of growth to where it grew like almost 2 inches a day just with 1 cfl and i flushed it once like 2 weeks later , but it worked but use half urine and half water and only give it 200ml of the mix. and your good to go . as of now my my plant is 3 feet tall and when i did it it was 7 inches tall and it grew like crazy , but make sure you flush when your soil is dried up .

I was just thinking this the other day mix and diluted with water cause straight up it will kill it for sure though could be a health risk if someone has something. Taste may affect it unless you do a flushing maybe.
I saw some documentry where some Mexicans used human feces as fertilizer and it was contaminated with hepetitus and it ended up in the buds and people started getting hep.

There was case I personally know of these idiots used waste water on canaloupes. When you would open up the canaloupes it stunk like shit & tasted bitter. I didn't taste it the buyers did LOL !

thats sick man , people gotta make sure they are clean lol. and using shit thats really sick , but like i did i diluted my urine with water and then used it once and its all good helped it out alot . and that was done twice, but that it and i would never shit on my plant thats sum fucked shit man . lol mexican shit weed wtf is next . lol

You'd be surprised how many commercial fertilizers use human and animal wastes as sources for their chemicals.

So there is method to this madness Im glad to see my post wasnt a utter waste of time ty guys for feeding the thread. Just wanted some thoughts.

YEAH... and try growing in a POOP medium too it's da sh*t. Your grow area smells like a public bathroom. LMFAO......... Urine does have very high levels of nitrogen but this nitrogen is unstable and will burn plant. But the smell is for real.:spew:

The nitrogen in urine isn't "unstable", in fact it's immediately available nitrogen, but folks would rather pay big bucks for worm poop, blood, and bone, from unknown sources.

Next time you think you think you have a nitrogen deficiency, and you have to go. Thin it 5/1 and give it a try.
