He is an Independent, not a Democrat correct? Running as an Independent seems logical to me, if he can put partisan bias aside. This country needs a strong third party like most other civilized nations.

If he's nominated let's hope he will live through his first term. Like I said "if"
Kick Hillary to the curb before she finishes what Obama started.

Do you think he'll run as an independent given the DNC nomination has already been bought and paid for?
"Bought and paid for" is it a bit misleading, eh? She is the defacto Democratic candidate because statistically she will win.

No one is collecting or spending more cash than Hillary period. Regardless that she has no competition she plans to collect another 50 million the first three months of this year and BILLIONS in total. We're talking plans of historic levels of campaign financing cash surpassing even Obama.

How many millions has she spent specifically on poll testing and focus groups already to manufacture statements that the glassy eyed will swallow without question? Back when I worked for her husband we called that physiological operations ...

Can't argue. But it's the Reds vs the Blues and she's the biggest hitter they have

Bernie may come along from behind as an independent. I'm very encouraged.

Sadly the most competent among us would never run (nor survive) against the Clinton PR machine, their career politicians and their political lawyers. Nor can/would they compete against the bombastic celebrity and wealth of someone like Trump. The presidency of the United States has become nothing more than a popularity contest among the elite of the 1% and the White House is nothing more than a trophy they occupy to further their own wealth and power. Our choice in 2012 was that of two Harvard Lawyers, D or R ...

What about responsibility, leadership, character, ability and competence? How have we allowed this to happen ...

Even the 1% get only one vote. That will always fuck with them.

Clintons machine was ineffective against some black dude from Hawaii.

I saw it more like a contest among two career political lawyers. One representing the New York political machine and the other Chicago. Again, just another popularity contest among elitists and Obama won the west coast ...

The man, I thought you'd be a Moore guy.. He's a Flint guy.

I think Obama got elected because Bush was such a huge fuck up, biggest in history ... Obama ran on CHANGE- he was black, young and Bush was old, white ...

I've enjoyed a few of his exposes, but his politics and hypocrisy at times amuses me. My point was that it would take someone like him to do what Trump has done to the Republican establishment.

BTW Obama ran against McCain and Romney, Bush was/is just his straw man ...

Obama ran on "change"...then delivered essentially more of the same.

Bernie is my last hope. IF he wins, and turns out to be just another corporate bought shill then I will have lost all hope for this country. People are sick and tired of the status quo. That's why Trump is polling so well. As much of a bombastic moron as he is, he still represents something different to people. He's not a Washington insider.

I am very encouraged by Bernie's unadulterated view of the banker/Wall Street problem, but I'm not so sure about the lawyer/government problem. Standing on a stage talking about the need to reinstate Glass Segal is very encouraging, but standing next to a Clinton lawyer and omitting how and whom repealed it in the first place is very concerning ...

IMHO Socialism is naive at best and dangerous at worse. In the end, what is the difference between crony capitalism and crony socialism/communism? Folks like the Clinton's would not only ineffectively rule our government, but our economy as well, while the next Steve Jobs and Bill Gates are forced into managing a Gov't McDonalds and failing ...

In 2015 our capitalist's GDP was just under 18 trillion, while our government's debt will surpass 19 trillion any day now. This cannot go on any longer without facing an outcome similar to Greece, it's basic math ...
