Does the mylar under and surrounding the plant help growth or something?

It used to reflect light under the leaves when she (Jezebelle, named by my friend) was smaller. But now she's too big and it doesn't really do much

Sad news my friends, had to abort at week six, I managed to save the main cola and a few of the sides. I'm heartbroken for the loss but do you think the buds I saved will be good if I dry and cure as normal? They were 3 weeks into flowering and did have trichs forming on the fan leaves and buds. The hairs hasn't turned red yet but I was just wandering if the buds I saved can still be smoked?

did you try smoking them? I'd say it's worth a try, probably they will not be potent but you never know

Word got out and I almost had the cops called on me :/ but yeah I tried it and I got a pretty good head buzz, I'm going to cure the rest so hopefully it will taste better.

what went wrong? did you trust a bastard that ratted on you?

Man that sucks. But at least you're not in jail or anything. Sometimes you can't trust ANYONE but yourself with things like this. Stay safe. I'm at week 3 with my grow. i'm pulling for about a 10-11 week grow. So i'm hoping everything works out for me.

just for record, in the phrase "do tell anybody", the term "anybody" actually refers to the people you think you would trust without second thought. But DON'T trust them when it comes to this; keep it to yourself only

Sorry to hear about the near pinch. A healthy dose of paranoia has saved many a ass. I had a bagseed that turned out auto. Plant never got more than 5 inches tall and about as big around as a pie plate with the same ultra dense vegetation. This was under 432 watts of T5 light about as close as I could get her. Put off 4 chicken egg size nugs. I'm not in a position where buying seed is feasible so I'm not all that interested in growing anything I can't sprout once then run off clones. Wife harvested it while I am away at work. Did a fast dry to smoke and check for the high. At first she said it was weak. But I got a "hi as fuc" text about 35 minutes later. The other nugs are slow curing.
