I'm game for trying anything new!... I'm looking into when our plants are ready to harvest and seems like I'm way off and have been harvesting far too early. If this is true then I will need to do something to keep these babies alive!... They're by far the best looking plants I've grown to date... The ones that haven't been poisoned anyway!
Take something long and thin and tear the medium up by piercing all the way to the bottom. Hundreds of times and it’s not going to hurt the plants. Break it up. Aerate it. It’s called cultivating when farmers do it with cultivator discs or Rotospikes. Rotospike does the same damned thing.
Sounds scary to be honest but I asked for experienced grower advice so I'm going to listen and use it when I get some!...looked into how to make tea and I'm missing a few ingredients but I will definitely be trying and will report back once I have... Thanks again
Yes all plants get fed the same. Its funny you say that as I've never really given the difference of lights much thought but now that you mention it the plants at the back under the TSW2000 are doing better than the ones at the front under the SP3000?
To be honest led's are new to me I've always used 600w hps... I really didn't think there was much difference between them apart from shape! Ignorance on my part... I just put the difference in growth down to the different strains. I probably would have been better just sticking with one strain till I had everything dialed in but they all sound so good I can never stick to one strain I want to try them all lol!
never heard of night temp lockout of mag either but interested now. But in general you should be dropping night temps, especially later in flower since they will take the lower temps as a sign that winter is coming and the buds need all the energy they can get before things go south.
