Plants are only gonna get as much light as it gonna get Outdoors. Expect around late September ( ish ) for harvest .

Even so , it will only get the usable hours outside it can muster , where as indoor would allow extended lighting.
Not saying it isn’t doable outside but one could run a long indoor cycle up to transition stretch ( allowing better structure / rooting ) then go outside to finish flower . Many ways to skin a cat.
But he should be fine as most run mid to late summer autos outdoors.
