The interview with the prime minister from Canada was interesting. He had me laughing when he talked about the border being a straight line drawn right across between Canada and USA. He said someone just drew the line straight across. Who does that ! And then he goes on to say it would look much more beautiful if the line wasn’t there any more, it would be a beautiful much better shape. He said he is very artistic and thinks it would look better. I have to agree. I look at Montana and Washington state and those mountain ranges swoop directly into Canada and need to be connected without a line. Lol.
The new prime minister seems really smart and unfortunately he doesn’t want to become the 51st state yet. Why doesn’t Canada want to join? They could get a decent military that way I think he said they don’t really even have a military . I don’t mean to offend any Canadians here, just have never really heard about the Canadian military.

Nobody in the world spends nearly as much on the military as the U.S. Nor do they have the amount of waste, abuse and fraud as the Dept. of Defense. The Pentagon has failed seven consecutive audits. Russia and China are fine to watch us squander tax money. Good for Musk melon, Raytheon, Boeing and others, not for us.
Canada is a proud sovereign nation and wants to stay that way. That's why. Why do I have to explain this?

Canada had about 95 000 military personnel. We're primarily peace keepers, which attributes to the repect we receive internationally.
My nephew serves in the army and my grandson is a Master Corporal.
Here's my nephew on the left. He's a marksman at skeet shooting and could easily crush my ribs.
For me, my character is defined by much more than something I hold tight that goes bang.

I don't want to join the USA, period, end of story.
But maybe the USA would like to join Canada as our 11th province, or 4th territory? You would have better healthcare, (not just for wealthy people), much more abundant resources, and better gun laws that are more protective of people, and so way fewer mass shootings. Culturally, maybe Americans would learn to be a bit more reserved, and not as outspoken.
The USA would be rid of the present occupant of the Oval Office, and governed, not ruled, by someone with an education, and experience in finance. Maybe under Canadian rule, there would be some restoration of respect.
I think it's a great idea. Not sure why Carney didn't suggest it. Oh well.

if the usa actually tried to invade canada which your president is attempting to do so with words, every other country would not you they would back canada.
