well of fucking course they did...the fucking cockroaches aren't going to fund the purchase of Raid.
where is the man with the red right hand when you need him
"What if the breath that kindled those grim fires, awaked, should blow them into sevenfold rage, and plunge us in the flames?
Or from above, should intermitted vengeance arm again his red right hand to plague us?”

Gym will know what Jack has on him when he indicts him... Considering how many J6 targets on the committee, that would be a no, and a no even if they were all clean as a cat's assholes, which they are not.

Rep. Jim Jordan demands details of pending DOJ investigations. DOJ tells Jordan to 'pound sand.'

In his capacity as chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Rep. Jim Jordan recently wrote a letter to the Department of Justice demanding non-public details about the ongoing probe into the classified documents found at Joe Biden's home and office. Not surprisingly, Jordan made NO REQUEST for information about Donald Trump's classified documents crimes or Mike Pence's improper retention of classified documents. Even-handedness, thy name is not Jim Jordan.

The DOJ just responded to Jordan's demand, saying, in substance, 'pound sand.' This video discusses why DOJ's refusal to divulge non-public investigating details to Jordan and fellow committee members is the right decision.
The Committee is interested about Biden having the documents because they think he's compromised which would be a danger to national security. I also think he's been comprised. There's too much strange shit that links him to China and Ukraine.

Why are they alternative? Because you don't agree? You can believe whatever you want. Hopefully we'll get to the truth someday. So much for transparency.
There is a dearth of credible evidence against Biden for any such thing, Trump on the other hand had hundred of contacts with Russians during his election campaign and there is a lot of evidence he was and is compromised. There is even a book that's just out by an ex KGB agent called Kompromat that explains how they spotted the fool and targeted him.

It is not a question of belief, it is one of evidence and credible facts. Some of those facts will be proved in a court of law, facts about criminal conduct, abuse of office and outright treason. Do you think Trump has any character at all and would not betray his country like his bankers? Do you believe he was fit for office? I know Biden is.

Are you seriously going to take the word of some ex KGB agent, :wall:. Trump is another issue anyways but you guys always go for the "But Trump" bullshit. I live here so I see multiple different sources to get my information and can see first hand what's happening here.

I wonder if Georgina got a talking to from someone scary, representing someone who's name rhymes with mitch mcconnel?
that possibly went something like "Sit down, shut the fuck up, and don't embarrass the party any more than you already have, or we'll throw your entire wardrobe, sweater vests, ball gowns, high heels and all, in a wood chipper. And you'll be next."
Because i really have a hard time believing he did anything because it was the right thing to do.

the newspaper is dead...they only continue to print them for the few diehard old bastards that insist on it, and are willing to pay for it.
it's a shame. I enjoyed reading the paper in silence, the only interruption my own snorts of derision or exclamations of disgust...now i have to close ads, ignore annoying videos, and close endless popups, even on most of the reputable sites.
Of course, the real attraction to reading the news was that you had a fair idea if they were telling you the truth or not, you could watch the noon or evening news and see if things jibed...now you have to wade through puddles of bullshit and trust fact checkers and adfontes media...which i'm not always sure i do.
When I lived in town I wasted a couple hours a day eating breakfast at the café. Coffee, cigars and the morning paper made that possible.

We just heard our 100 plus year old local weekly was going online only. We have two towns (and two counties) side by side, both with papers. The 'new' paper across the river has been getting thicker and the old one thinner for years.

at least you still have one.
the local paper here is mostly ads for people selling shit, stories the chamber of commerce puts out, more ads for bullshit tourist attractions, and real estate ads.
oh, they have a sports page or two in there too, mostly about local high school sports and state college teams.

When the owner of the older paper had his first grandchild, the whole front page was baby pictures. lol

But yea, there isn't much here to report on. We used to rub elbows with the lady who ran the new paper. I always kidded her she would sneak around and burn barns when there wasn't enough car wrecks to fill out the paper.

Sucks surely, books experienced a renaissance after people felt online books lacked the physical pleasure of a real book,"I'm gonna go get the papers get the papers"

my best reading time was at work, listening to audio books. i didn't have to communicate with anyone very often, just stand there and do my thing.
now that i've semi retired, i never seem to find the time...guess i spend too much time here.

Yeah the get the paper thing was the "goodfellas" quote about the guy who said everything twice,I'm on here during my winter lay off,not much the rest (too fkn busy). It's funny,at the halfway point of my lay off I find myself looking back at the grind I deal w/the rest of the year the go,go,go and wonder how I do it after being on my ass w/free time for a while.

yeah, Joey Two Times...
I've hated every job i've ever had. Some people get lucky and get to do something they like doing, AND don't have to deal with anyone that sucks on a daily basis...every job i've ever had has had someone i can't stand, usually several people i can't stand. I do realize the common denominator in those situations is me. i've had several jobs that i kind of liked doing, but someone has made going to work a miserable chore. some of my favorite jobs have been at noisy places where you couldn't really talk, exept on break, but now i have tinitus so bad the cricket's singing makes it hard to concentrate at times.
