Dear Internet . . . . I am lazy US citizen number one and i didnt want to leave the comfort of my lazy boy to make any of these purchases and further more hate any events apart of these purchases that i agreed to when i made the sale . . . .

i choose to blindly have faith in the IT and then complain about it later when i should ahve just walked my puggy ass down to the local head shop and supported the local scene, you know support local industry . . . . .,


i am now outraged and completely confused at how a business can have things advertised that arent there, i mean this never happens in the real world(lmfao), and when it does happen the business bends over backwards to make my little sense of entitlement feel warmth and joy because i didnt get what i want . . . . .. . . . .

this is what is wrong with this contry . . . you choose to do business over the interent you better except the risk of the binary code dildo fucking you . . . . and oh ya IT is high traffic expect delays

+1 to shady business men(i agree by the way) for handling this quickly and calmly . . . . and to all the other children who dont have there red balls . . . . . . your tears of dissatisfaction taste good . . .

i think everyone makes mistakes, but if they fixed it on this forum or not i think that is a stand up person, company, there is not many people like that around, i never bout from them but i am considering, after all i read bizzy mean there fucking doing something right.. n i am american also, i dont care if it comes from another region, if your good, honest, i will support these type of people. Thats fucken cool..

EDit had things out of stock when they said they were in stock. Why even have that system, when it's not updated regularly? It's hit or miss with them and that's not acceptable when it's a miss. Ignored emails, making promises they don't keep. Charging your credit card before they ship is not a good thing for customers. Don't charge people when it's out of stock for crying out loud. Then, not keeping the promised date and ignoring emails. Oh, and when you put down, "do not send a wristband," why send it? Advertising crap in the form of a large rubber band is not a good freebie.

i worked at KMART, in the shoe department, when i was 16 you know a store . . . . . and if i could even remember the stupid shit the people would say and do if something didnt happen the way they wanted . . you would have me on the ignore list so fast, you know why . .. . because nobody cares

including iteims in ads that were not in store . . . give me a break . .. . every hypocrite says, pander to these customers until they are the person having to deal with people who cant understand what the word finite means because they are entitled to complete satisfaction . . . . THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG . . . . . i should add . . . so is the business most of the time . . . thats why you should be smart and not a fool . .. . . . . wheres that buyers direct thread . . wtf . . .. who would think that all of a sudden they are gonna get one up on society by buying items at cheaper prices . . . its never true and it normally forces you to buy more than you need . . . . hence 5 pound mustard jars at costco

i love cooking with mustard . . .

it sounds like they need more employees? im shure the the packaging the emails the driving the returnds broken items, seizers from costoms, geting the seeds growing the crops, handling the glass wear, reading emails, aguing with comtomers, trien to order glass wear the people on the other end of seeds, glass, paraphanillia, stamps post office, updating computer, it can get hectic.. come on it sounds like their trien... they have done the right thing right. i bet a beer after a day like this is well deserved..

Being a small business owner, I sure wish I didn't need to have so much money tied up in inventory, but it is what it is. Maybe I should just take a shortcut and tell my customers I have stuff in stock when I really don't have that stuff in stock so I can get their orders. Oh wait, then I wouldn't have any customers because they would all be pissed at me.

It's more about damage control and less about being a stand up company. If EDit was a stand up company, it wouldn't pull this kind of stuff in the first place. In general, for every customer who complains on the internet about getting screwed, there are many more out there who never say a word. So it makes sense, from a business perspective, to dispatch a sales rep to threads such as these in order to pacify the squeeky wheels.

My order with EDit and the experiences other forum members have shared about EDit is giving me a serious case of deja vu. The only credit card charge that I ever had to dispute in my life also happened to come from a company in the U.K.. After months of getting the run-around from them, I let my credit card company deal with it. I posted my experiences with the company on a pertinent message board thread. The sales rep posting on that thread was already in the middle of having a meltdown because a lot of people who they screwed were starting to come out of the woodwork. There's only so many people you can screw before things hit critical mass. Guess what? That company is no longer in business.

Mistakes do happen and sometimes people think something is in stock when it's out of stock, etc...But when that happens, stand-up companies let the customer know about the mistake and give the customer the opportunity to cancel the order. They don't go ahead and hit the customer's card with an authorization for the order and make the customer fill out a support ticket to get the order cancelled. That's the difference.

it seems to be a pretty common practice for this site to show that seeds are in stock on their site, they allow you to order them and pay for them, then you receive an email stating they are not in stock and have been placed on back order this happened to me twice
i have not orderd from them since,
this is either very bad accounting/stock taking or a cheap trick / lies ,
they get in orders take money then buy the seeds they never had them in stock, its all a con

i have not had any problems with the seeds once they do arrive i would like to point that out, and all orders did arrive, with nothing missing
but the time wasting is unprofessional and the lies on the website take the piss
if your website states seeds are instock i expect them to be instock

attitude seedbank is more reliable i will use them from now on

well i understand im on a time line specialy with rent and if my clones over a month i dont go to that sorse again enough sead if this has been the deal for over a year than i guess your right... because i dont do busness with priors, if a person lets a friend be a friend and knows he has priors dont be mad if he gets over on you enough sead i wont go thier.. truest rules. thank you...

We do not have a problem with any seed stock and orders now leave the same day, now and again VERY RARELY these days and order may come in that the seed has just gone out of stock on, say two orders at the same time for the same obscure seed. When this happens you are always contacted and offered a replacement.

I cannot state strognly enough we have SUBSTANTIAL seed stocks indeed substantial stocks of most main lines. We have TWO warehouses full of stock, the vast majority of our orders leave the same day is placed before 4.20pm GMT. We monitor this situation everyday.

From what I have seen if you live in the UK EDIT sends your stuff and if you live in the states they dont. Attitude and Seed Boutique have never let me down.

ive used edit several times.....sometimes they show stock thats not in but apart from that i cant say ive ever had any problems with them.............
