Empty on delivery

Well, I'm both excited and nervous once again. The good folks at the Nirvana Help Desk just responded to my message and let me know that, while they had no real idea about what might have happened, they felt bad for me and would replace my order. It's already been reclassified as resent, so I imagine they are on their way. I will say I've got a bit more anxiety this time around, and sort of wish I'd ordered from a seed bank that's housed in a country with a wider export business. Although Nirvana has been very generous; I didn't expect them to send another order at their own expense, and if I get the seeds without issue this time, I may just stick with them because of their customer service.

The only seedbanks that are reputable.. and trust worthy.. are the following:
1.Attitude
2.Nirvana
3.TGA Subcool
4.SpeedySeedz

Don't use anyone else other than those..
Disagree with that - all UK based seedbanks are trustworthy - they are all bound by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. They are answerable to the UK Trading Standards Authority.

weird. I've ordered before.. when I was in a non legal state.. and I got my orders (total of 4 orders) and I got all of them without any problems whatsoever. Sounds to me like your package ended up in greedy hands.. and someone decided to just keep what your ordered for themselves.

I've never had any problems ordering seeds.. and I've made multiple orders from Attitude; Nirvana; Speedyseedz and TGA Subcool.. never one problem from any of them.. or my orders that I made with them.

You just got unlucky.. and someone along the way was greedy.. (probably a pothead..) and decided he/she would simply pocket your order for their own enjoyment.

Which bank did you order from again?

TGA isn't a seedbank, Speedy doesnt sell seeds, and you forgot Sannies and the other smaller banks with 100% satisfaction. Attitude hasnt had great customer service that last month Ive noticed; while they have the genetics, they're slacking in service.

curious what the bad service was with attitude. im a bit close with them and like keeping up on that info for my own good. i dont support bad service. ive seen issues with seed but that isnt their gig. they deliver is all. seed not being what they are supposed to be is the breeders issue
