They will have their own system, or they will own or control Elon's, no matter how much he squeals and freaks. If Taiwan wants to use starlink to control military drones and ships, they can't risk being cut off by Elon on a whim or over a battery deal with China, neither can the CIA or any other defense assets including allies that uses it and it must be secure, including the owners and controllers.
