Electric sky 300 or hlg 550 eco

Just wondering witch light would be a better choice for the money, both are in my budget. I’ve been using a 600 watt air cooled hps for the past 15 years, I want to upgrade with a good quality led.
My only restriction is I only have a 6 foot ceiling in my grow room

What area are you looking to cover?
600 watt hps, good for a 4 x 4
Hlg 550 is around 500 watts, good for a 4 x 4
Electric Sky 300 watts, good for a 2 x 4

To replace a 600 hps the HLG will do it and more.

6ft is fine you wont be restricted to a particular style of training with that head room.

I was going to redesign my room to what ever light I end up getting, I have the 600 hps in a 4x4 tent. I am probably going to end up getting the hlg just seems like I have a lot more options when it comes to how many plants I can grow with it. The es300 is nice but I can’t see flowering more than 2 maybe 3 plants under just one of them. Thanks for the info it’s appreciated

For a 4x4 you need two es300s. I have two and they are intense. But for the money I would go with hlg I’ve seen good results from the 550 on YouTube
