ecigs and bho glycerin?

hey guys, I've ran into a bit of a road block. I've been trying to make glycerin tincture using dry meds (ran out of bho but still needing a glycerin-based tincture) using this method:

1. 14g of finely ground dry herb mixed with 120mL of VG in a mason jar, sealed.
2. Double boiler setup at 180F for 3 hours. Stirring twice per hour.
3. Strained and tested with no effect through vaporizer or oral intake, tincture was dark green.

I thought that perhaps it was because the tincture was not decarbed enough so I set the tincture in the oven at 250F for 30 mins. Tried to vape and ingest with no effect.

Can anyone see anything I'm missing?

THC extraction using glycerin is very time consuming, like months if I recall correctly. Here we are talking about simply mixing/binding completed extracts (BHO) with glycerin as a transport (smoke/vapor). Making glycerin extract is a wholly different beast ...

I make some bho vape juice last night and qwiso vape juice few days ago. I did a 4:1 qwiso oil (6.5g) to PEG 400, last night I did a 3:1 BHO (1.5g) to PEG 400. I haven't had the pleasure of testing it out yet, as I had a major migraine all day yesterday. my CBD muffins stomped in it the ground, after 8 hrs of my other meds not working.

I goofed on one bottle of qwiso vape juice. one tek said to add some everclear to help think out a bit. well I used 100 proof vodka. it didn't work and I have some separation on the surface from I believe is water. im trying to evap it now, or ill try and remove it with a syringe, then recook it. it also make the oil a bit clumpy. so ill strain it with a cheese cloth and see what happens.
