ebb and flow hydroponics, how to maximize production?

So far have only done plant canopy, haven't really tried sog and always with lots of different strains all at once. Make an order and just throw them down freebies and all and feed them all the same stuff the whole time harvest all about the same time. Never really planning around a certain strain just following directions the whole way. Will running a sog style improve the yield that much?

And also are there some strains that are better for hydro and some that are better in soil? I learned that autoflower are not a good Choice. Glad they were free.

Sog is not easy to master. Timing is everything. Having ample large starts is a must. Well developed mums. If you haven't grown long I would not recommend trying it yet.

Just what we call it when bunch of plants from seed with side lighting added in. So hard to want to do one strain. Working with an 8x8 3800 watts. May try it with sleestack or marzar kush or possibly blue dream or pineapple skunk. Those are really the choices I have going. Have to see which one is going to impress. In order marzar kush blue dream sleestack and pineapple skunk
