(DWC) Need help diagnose problem.

Just Tipping my toes into DWC, didnt want to buy expensive equipment before learning how to treat plant in this style of grow. so i made this Cheap DIY bucket.


I always measure PH at 5.5-6
replace water in tank every 8-10days. (sometimes lazy and just pour some more + test PH)
using Aqua vega A+B following instructions. (hydroponic veg nutes)
didnt have money for Hydroponic Bloom nutrients so im using Biobizz Bloom (Organic) - Dyed the roots brown, organic is obviously bad for hydro.

My other plants in 50/30/20 soil/coco/perlite are doing fantastic, but this DWC experiment obviously isnt going too smooth.

Is there something i can do to remedy this situation?

For next grow ive allready ordered proper space buckets, bloom nutes & hydro guard

Definitely change the blue bucket, should be light proof! And get some bacteria fights against rot.

Yeah using organic stuff in hydro is always high risk mate. Some folk have figured out their own ways to do it but not something I'd recommend.
Also if you ditch the soil and just go coco/peri you can feed them exactly the same as the res.

That plant is on it's last legs. Nothing will bring it back at this point. If it were me I'd put it off to the side and finish out as best it can.

Honestly im not expecting anything out of this. its just fun experiment and learning opportunity for me. Seedling/early veg was my biggest concern because i basically just Dive in only knowhow to grow in Soil so far.

I was hoping theres something i could do to make her survive last 4weeks but i dont mind culling her early since i have nothing to smoke while waiting for other girls to finish up )

For next grow ive allready ordered proper Space buckets, nutrients and Hydroguard

Hydro guard and hydrogen peroxide in intervals will stop any root rot and increase your root growth a lot but don’t add them together you’re using beneficial bacteria(hydro guard) and something that kills all bacteria good and bad (hydrogen peroxide) so I’d recommend day one peroxide day two nothing day three guard idk but I’ve had some pretty bad problems with water temps and root rot that I’ve started using this technique for about a year and it amazes me every time

I also use canna should’ve got the bloom instead of biobuzz js
