You are correct. Got to be those crappy GO nutes then as there isn't really any other reason for such a radical increase in pH. As @rkymtnman said they aren't made for any type of hydro use but just for dirt farming. I bought one of those GO Boxes years back still have most of it left as it didn't grow the plants worth a shit.
It's a shit company that has been bashing us pot growers since they started and yet people still toss their money at them. I just dropped another grand on grow gear so gearing up to crop a lb/mth on a steady basis. CO2 controller and solenoid. Huge carbon filter, 8 outlet commercial air pump. (Just finished hooking up to my dugout airline and it's working great!) 1000w MH/HPS ballast and two Super HPS bulbs. 500ml bottle of Bud Factor X for free. Few other things but $1000 doesn't buy that much these days.
