One of the problems with my last grow was excess nitrogen. I fed it according to GH (actually it's a clone of GH) schedule, but it looked like it overdosed on it with the shiny leaves that clawed down, and then it revegged. Finally, I had to chop it and destroy it because it hermied.
The new plant, like the old one, drinks a lot of water. Roughly a gallon per day, maybe a bit less but I add around 20 liters (4 gallons) of water every 3 days. It's in a 10 gallon tote.
Now my second plant is in flower, and I'm thinking of dropping "flora micro" (5-0-1) completely. It's 3rd week since i flipped the lights. It's flowering.
It would be getting Flora bloom (0-5-4) and Flora Gro (2-1-6), but not the micro one. The leaves are dark green (they are VERY dark) and there's a ton of them.
Is dropping the predominantly nitrogen nutrient OK idea for this stage in hydro, since the leaves and the root system already stored nitrogen I fed them during veg?
I'm just trying not to reveg my second plant. I really need this one to succeed, and it looks like it's ok with less nitorgen.
