Droopy growth?!

I can't figure this out for the life of me... I have two girls in a rDWC setup, and seeds popped March 25. They had a couple days of root rot after the first water change last week, but they seem to have made a decent recovery...

The rot got to them, they didn't like the water change, and if I am honest, they just weren't ready yet and too vulnerable.


I caught it fairly quick, and added some VooDoo Juice to the res, and got rid of a light leak I had. Problem solved! I thought...

They are growing, they look healthier colour wise... But just don't have the spring to them. What is going on?!

pH: 5.8-6.1
PPM: 650
Air temp: 75-80°
Water temp: 65-70°
Humidity: 55-65%
Light: 315w CMH hung at 36" currently. Noticed a bit a burn at 24" so I brought her up a bit.
Nutes: GH trio with CaliMag + and Voodoo juice

It was an air circulation issues. The filter that goes around my carbon filter was completely clogged. No new air was getting in to the plants really.
