Personally I wouldn't take the risk of this just because they have no obligation to send you anything, and there's likely no way to get your money back once you give it to them. That being said, if 125$ isn't important to you, go for it. I know growing seeds takes more time and effort but atleast you have a 99% chance of it working. Also, if you do spend 125$ and get ripped off you will most likely be out another 150$ buying the seeds.

What obligation do seed companies have when you order weed seeds? They could easily just say its illegal to grow and produce marijuana seeds, its illegal in most US states, blah blah blah. But they wont because then their business wont last 2 weeks, they have to send them or they dont get anymore customers.

Well I have a bit of an update on Drclone.Biz
They said they ship express overnight to minimize stress on the clones, and he even said they guarantee it arrives safely, if not they will ship another one (if it gets confiscated for some reason)
Seemed fair enough to me. I might just go for it in a few weeks.
