Thanks guys, this will be a big adventure for all of us. I'm what amounts to a sub contractor on these grows. Plus one of the outdoor grows is nothing more than doing a favor for a good friend. This should keep me busy for awhile...

Theres gonna be some good threads this year. You still doing your normal grow? Take care of your self and don't let those grows drive into the ground sir.

I'm excited to be involved with something on this scale. But I think I have the easiest mission. My job is to get the plants to 3'-4' before they plant them out. We have just transplanted them into 3gl pots of OF/HF soil. Most plants are 12"-18". They hope to have their greenhouse ready to plant in about 3-4 weeks. So I have my work cut out for me. Most of these plants are not mine, the only thing I added to the mix was 1doz Cherry Pie.
There is another round of 60+ plants waiting in the wings to take their place as soon as we plant these.
It's different when your growing someone else's plants.....I sure hope I don't phuck this up! lol

I haven't grown in a partnership for many years. Most of my partnerships were on the lines of "here see what you can do with this, & give me my cut if you manage to pull it off"..lol
This arrangement is more of a base salary + incentives, based on return's.
