Don't Say Gay

Women losing opportunities in sports is a problem that exists.
How many trans kids are there in your kid's school? And how many of those participate in sport? A couple of three years ago this same bull shit was going around my little town. We had zero trans kids. None. Zip. Nada. But folks were ready to tar and feather the superintendent of schools because there was a family bathroom in the new high school.

What fallacy is argumentum ad “because I said so”?
A guess:
Appeal to Ignorance
Argumentum ad ignorantiam, also sometimes referred to as an “argument from ignorance,” occurs when a speaker presents an argument as fact simply because there is no readily available evidence to prove the contrary. This fallacy is based on a false dichotomy which posits that what we don’t know must not be true. This strategy incorrectly assumes that a lack of sufficient evidence is concrete proof that something can’t be true, a position which precludes the possibility that things may be unknown or even unknowable.

He didn't provide any evidence that Lia Thomas has a vagina and refuses to post a source so there's no proof I'm wrong.

I'm open to being wrong but i do need evidence
lulz

Who are you kidding? You just said you formed your belief without evidence.

Cannabineer agrees with me too but is too weak to admit in fear of not agreeing with the popular opinion here.
That is transparent libel. I’ve proven repeatedly that that is not so. I completely disagree with you. You are working from your own carefully-placed lies of entrapment. You are quite certainly a Repug. And you need professional help if you do not want to end up jailed or dead for your shocking nastiness.

No. It is distinct from “because I said so.”
ignorantiam is summed up for me by Bertram’s teapot. “You can’t prove it is not there.” He has deployed this one.

It also isn’t verecundiam since that would require quoting a perceived expert or authority.

So I am looking for the Latin noun in accusative case that describes what I am asking, independent of the cognitive pirouettes of the latest contestant, “because I said so”. If there is no such mown, then I’m looking not at a formal or informal fallacy, but a different sort of cognitive disconnect. Solipsism describes but not with any resolution. I seek the finer terminology.

Once again I will point out none of these laws are about the kids. The GOP prove over and over that they give two shits about kids. It's all about getting folks like the enlightened individual above to turn out for the midterms. Bigot baiting so to speak. This is just a means to an end.

My evidence is most males are born with a penis and Lia was born a male.
You are pretty focused on that. Does not mean there is a problem in women's sports due to one trans woman competing with cis women. In fact, that you can only name one says the opposite.
