dont no what this is ,,,,,,,HELP!!!!!!

Hey , just checked on my girls and they looked okay untill i seen this shit on it.........not sure what it is but its brown specks and white specks and a little brown blotches on the leaves
i feed them flora nova bloom there on 12 12 for a month now just wanna fix this please.....

Brown spots is a symptom of phosphorus deficiency. Never had that problem, so i cant be sure. Are there other problems?

Arround the flowers theres twisted leaves not many but a couple ummmmmm and most of the hairs on the flowers are going brown its just the tip of them right now but its getting worse slowly

Both of those are also phosphorus deficiency symptoms. The website i linked has a great deal of info on plant problems.
