True wattage is just a base. Actual is determined by multiple factors. Many of which are intangible. Just the basics, or tip of the iceberg, are light, temp, water, PPM,PH, medium, pot, ground, air quality, handling, veg. time and on and on...... There is no formula. Every run is different. Even with the same parameters that you can replicate. Under that Mars I'd hope for 2 oz off a 24-36" plant.

If your light is only pulling 100 watts then you're going to need more light. What a grower is capable of getting per what is dependent on the grower and their skill. Some growers can get higher yields growing with 600 watts than others growing with 1000 watts. It's all grower dependent.

So a really good grower can get up to 2 grams per watt. Like others said, too many factors to gauge it like that. If you do great you can expect 1 gram of flower per watt(true watts). I'd say if you can complete the grow without messing anything up, you can expect at least a half pound of flower. But you have to choose pots/plant sizes... Nutrients... a lot of factors. But shoot for 1/2 lb. and work towards 1 lb with what light you have.

The white will increase vegetative growth. I'm still amazed with 3528 LED's growth rates. I do believe they are short on reds for max bud potential though. Run both. I use a cheap morsen "600" {98W actual) full spectrum with my white cree cobs "220W actual max" each. I'm running 250W, give or take per 2'x2' area. Getting above average, but below impressive harvests. Hope this helps you out. Lights are in the top three priorities here. Happy growing. Bountiful harvests and health to all.
