Does the seed matter

does it really matter on the seeds u have when u grow. or can any seed turn out to be really good, because my buddy told me that the seed does not matter it is how u grow it.

is this true:confused:

No, it's not true.

Growing environment determines to what level the plant con fulfill its genetic potential. Only genetics can determine the potential growth of the plant.

Although to be fair, 75% of the shit weed out there is probably due to grower error, and bad seeds grown well will beat out poorly grown herb from the strongest strain.

So yea maybe sorta, but not really no.

I completely agree, I've grown some killer shit from bag-weed (much higher quality than the bud it came off) SEEDS MATTER but keeping the plant healthy and happy matters too.

ok cool because i am growing from bag-seed from some really good mids and my plant look smell and get u much higher that the original weed did.

Who's to say what the full genetic potential of those seeds is? He could have some great stuff.

Then again it could be ditch weed you never know ;)
