Do the trichomes look ready for harvest?

Hello, my GSC autoflower buds are getting real fat and the fan leaves are yellowing / discoloring. It’s now 12 weeks since germination (indoors under 1000W LED plus another side LED). Based on the microscope trichome pics, can anyone tell if the it’s ready for harvest? Looks cloudy but so hard to tell. Apologies in advance for crappy pics. Thanks!

Nope, not close. 2 weeks minimum.
Too many white hairs and the red hairs need to shrivel.
Check the trichs on the calyxes not the leaves.

If I pluck the calyxes for sampling under the microscope, is that going to mess with the THC development?

Look under a larger bud cluster at the first node, there's 2 calyxes there, use those.
