Do the plants like to be handled?

I've got some very dense indica bushes vegging on day 30. There are leaves upon leaves, tightly packed. I have been running my fingers through them, trying to open then and give the inner leaves more light. Is this okay? I don't want to be violating my ladies personal space, but I really think she likes the attention....

Spread that bush wide by tying the branches down maybe
