God yeah. I would have been happy with McCain/Liberman like it looked like he really wanted. That would have been a great presidency.so you agree with me that he messed it up by choosing palin?

and that is where we sharply disagree.God yeah. I would have been happy with McCain/Liberman like it looked like he really wanted. That would have been a great presidency.
Ron Paul is a Republican and he is against being in Iraq.after seeing about the 100th 'code pink' lady being dragged out for the same behavior to the applause of republicans, i though we would all in agreement on the issue. apparently its ok to disrupt and sabotage the democratic process if you're a republican.
Your looking at just the campaign. Go further back, it was him that fought for the dixie chicks when everyone was bashing them, he is pro-science, he voted in favor of Clinton's judges, he is against large political contributions, on and on. For most his career he has been told to leave the republican party for his social views.and that is where we sharply disagree.
I thought he is a libertarian.Opposing the current war is mainly supported by Democrates. Did you watch the debates? If you didn't then how do you know where the Republican party stands. If you did then you'd have notice Ron Paul was the only Republican who was against the US being in Iraq.

I do agree he went off the rails for the campaign, but those few months aside when all politicians sell their souls to get into the presidency he was very good for the country. But you saw some of it come out when he started to shake off the hate that was building when that old lady called Obama a muslim.

Were you around for the campaigns? I suppose you only watched the Democratic debates eh? He ran on the republican ticket, Here I found a nice clip on youtube, I think you might like it, he puts all the other republicans in their place.I thought he is a libertarian.
He was forced to pick her, he did not want to.he didnt just go off the rails. he introduced someone who was completely and throughly unqualified to president. he clearly created a chaos risk for no reason but to win. that was a reckless and endangering move imho. not only do i find him reckless, but also prone to tirades and tantrums, unbelievably careless with his words, (in far more of a deliberate way than either bush or obama). i think that on a diplomatic level he would be a nightmare and under stress and anger he would make the worst decisions of all with haste.
i understand that, and it only strengthens my argument that he would not be a good candidate for most powerful leader on the planet. yes i know they're all puppets, but mccain almost seemed comfortable with the role.He was forced to pick her, he did not want to.
its really impressive how you managed to not address the topic...at all.Since the OP had no problem with bashing the last president....what has changed except his principles?
The folks at the Town Halls are fed up with the govt. creating a crisis and then running up the debt to fix the crisis (which of course doesn't fix it).
No one wants to saddle future generations with mountains of IOU's for a two year recession.
No one wants a Govt. which thinks it needn't answer to the public.
It's all starting to unravel for Obama and rightfully so.... his policies reek of socialism and inexperience in economics.
If Obama continues to ignore the ppl, and continue in his elitist ways with Congress, the next step will be a Constitutional convention.
yes i did. Then I guess you didn't read my post.......
its fascinating how you continue on this same non-contributory trend while claiming to be on topic. The folks at the Town Halls are fed up with the govt. creating a crisis and then running up the debt to fix the crisis (which of course doesn't fix it).
yes thats exactly what i never even implied. What? You want to know if protesting a protest is good citizenship?[/B]
while you expressed your support for tea-party people, and are fed up with obama, you never addressed the topic. you implied an answer, so i guess we'll mark it down as a 'yes'.It's hard to believe you are confused on the answer and need to ask.....
