some more updates .. gave em the Maerl (Lime) a few tespoons (low dosis) 4 days ago ..

plants look a bit better yesterday I belive ..

we also had some heavy rain .. so collectet 4 gallons in 30 minuts ! from my roof drains on my balcony

so desided on giveing them a runn more .. so the hole 7 gallon pots would be soked in fresh rain water and Maerl (did filtrait it and let it sit for a few hrs to get a bit warm)

so gave em a good run through with clean rain water .. nothing els .. just the few tespoons more Lime on top of my soil ..

and I actualy belive they look lovely to day

(realy consider to make some kind of rain colector on my balcony .. rain alot here in Denmark and with only 2 plants I schould be able to do it with a small 5-10 gallon bucket)

and I now got my main vacation .. safe a bit up for this year .. so 4 weeks

so I can just relax and enjoy my girls and start some new and do the rain bucket and new ventilation aso aso aso ..

and of course enjoy myself

just did a littel shopping to day aswell .. 5g of the best light soft Kashmir pollen hash and 5g of some realy sticky dark soft marroccan hash and just for the fun of it 1½g of some "Copenhagen" Kush

hope this summer gets long and .... cold and rainy

since I will be indoor most of the time

guess I have to make some Summer/scenery trips this summer if the wether allows it.

Ha, I just made some hash too. :] Keif actually. I ran out of pot and don't have anything to harvest for over a week, so I finally got a block of dry ice and shook up some dry trim in a 220 micron bag...got like 14g of kief.

Plants look good man. I've actually managed to keep mites off of all my plants so far right now.

6 plants. Modest sized plants. You should get over 7 grams from your trim. Shaking the bag with dry ice is a really easy way to get your hash. It's not bubble hash, or gooey like water extract hash, but it burns fast and goes right to the head. Lol.

I like Kif a lot more .. them "light" hash .. pollen hash .. realy soft light color .. make you high ...

Im not so much in to the dark stuff .. the black marroccan etc. made in water .. tast is not as good and high is not so high .. more CBN high wher you sleep ..

also .. another good thing about KIF .. I did normaly make it from low bud sites and leaves/cuttings .. but I did only shake it lightly .. once .. then I used the rest to extrakt oil/nol

so in a outdoor plant I got maybe 300g top TOP buds and 30g KIF/ice and 10g oil etc.

buble hash is also a mess to make .. KIF you can make as you want to smoke it (with out dry ice .. also why oil is nice to make of the rest)



Ooh yea and did get some new toys to day




did just end up driving them 20 minuts to my hydro store .. could maybe have safed like 40$ in total if I had bought it online .. but the ther is shipping .. specialy since Im sure I wouldnt have been able to get it all from the same online store .. and I like to surport them nice guys in the hydro store .. also get some good advice/service and if sumthing is wrong Im only 20 minuts away

also .. in the end he gave me a light mesuer thingy they had em for to long .. ppl. did want to pay 80$ so they had em on sale for 40$ I thort they wher funny so he gave me one for free .. and 12$ of the price to round it up .. and some smokeing paper a lighter and some of them drop for my eyes when I ride my bike


so all in all I good deal I think

got a nice new ventilation .. 285M3 insted of my old 187M3 ... lets see if that solv it .. had high temps (84-86F) last two days do to hot summer wether out side .. will use my old one for intake .. 125$

and the light mesure .. can go up to 10K candellight (the sun) and use solar panels .. quite nice actualy .. not that it make my plants grow faster .. but will be funn to see how light hits my plants .. and also when I use my T5HO agin for Veg it might come in handy ..

also a LED microcope so I can see when to haverst 25$

and some adjustment hangers for my lamps .. will be nice to finaly get on .. specialy my t5HO in veg .. stupid plants grow so fast 20$

and some seeds for my next runn .. have been studding a bit and found out that I like to try out LSD from Barneys farm 50$

and I have also desided to try some bat guano for my last 4 weeks .. had a nice rain storm the other night .. collectet a lot of rain water .. so made a "flush" so to speak .. clean water and plenty .. with the Mearl on top ..

so schould be pretty clean and neutral in PH .. so I thort I would "start over" got the povder to add in/on the soil (will also use it for my new grow to mix in) and I got the bloom Kalong .. will see if I can do with just that lat 4 weeks ..

also got a start box for soil/terra from Plagron .. like ther products .. and wanted to switch from GH ..
also had the mearl and yucca and I like its a organic based nutriens ..

so now I have it ready for next grow .. veg/bloom nutriens .. green sensation (might use a littel of that with the bat poo on this runn) pure Enzym (might also use a drop or two of that on this run) and power roots .. 50$ on sale 1l bloom and 100ml of each of the others ..



now Im just waiting for lights on so I can get to work

changes ventilation will be hard in ther Im sure ..Ooh well have to do it slow and proberbly .. and in the mean wile my plants can drip off from the good watering I will give em with the dry bat guano on top and with the bloom guano in the water .. maybe with a littel pure enzyms and green sensation in it ?

ventilation is working perfect .. even tho its just 1/3 more powerfull on paper .. guess the sug is better .. allmost pulld my curtan out
had to add the other vent on full and open my passiv intake .. and underpresure is still a bit to much I think .. lets see .. I´ll give it a few hres and see how it runn .. temps allready seems to have dropd 1-2C

plants also look great (tho just water so a bit dropy) but crystals is forming nicely .. guess I will try my new LED microscope later and see how they look

the light mesure/foot candles/sun analyzer thingy .. is kind a funny .. had 6-7K foot candles at plants top .. 2-3k at bottom .. most bud tops had around 5k

2K foot candles = 21500 Lumens per sq ft.

7K = 75000 Lumens

5K =53000Lumens

(4 inches away from the light I have 8-9K .. guess thats about right .. as my HPS are 92K lumens)


so I guess I do have enough light ! will be funn to try once I use my T5HO agin .. wonder how long away they actualy do work ????

Glad the ventilation is better. And that microscope is a good move. I need to get a new one. I can see the trichomes with my naked eye, but I want a USB one that records onto my computer.

Pics look great man. Yea, I like kief better too. It burns quicker and you're totally right, it's a big mess to make ice water hash.

yea .. Micro is nice .. got clear/cloudy tricks ... its 50/50 cloudy/amber .. right ? maybe fist plant then seccon a few days later so more is amber ..

and ventilation made the air more fresh in ther .. can actualy fell the air flow now ..
and made it drop 2c so Im down to 82-84F agin even tho we have hot wether now .. so this is tops and with fall and wither I will be spot on ..

you schould try to make honey hash .. you take etc. a oz of good top .. make kif of it .. but only "one" shake .. just want the best quality .. not any greenish stuff ..

then take the left over buds and make honey oil on it (with lighter gas)

mix it and press it .. and you got wonderfull light brown sticky hash that make you boath high and stoned ..

my local hydro store have 2 types of soil mixes .. biobizz and Plagron .. pretty similar .. but I like the Plagron products and will choose that ..

ther Organic soil is a mix of: soil 35%.. pettmoss 20%.. perlit 30% and worm casting 10% plus 5% pre-mix ?

guess it make a nice base and is organic with 10% wormcasting in it ..

will also have the coco so guess I will add 20% or so to the soil mix aswell ..

now I just need a littel help with the rest of the stuff I need to add ..

my goal is to make 2 diffrent soils maybe .. one for veg and one for flowering .. do that sounds logical ?
would also like to mix em so all I need to add to my water is my yucca and the veg/bloom guano .. so Im almost total organic ..

I have the Epsom salt .. and Lime (Mearl) and also got the bat goano now ..

anything I can leave out .. anything I will miss and schould try to get to cover all the plant needs ?

and is ther some of it I have to be carefull with ? how would you mix them ingredients if that was what you had to work with .. and what would you miss ?

Oh, I won't use butane to make hash, it's super dangerous. They actually outlawed it in Cali over here.

I think ice water extract is better anyways, but a pain in the ass to make.

You want LESS THAN 5% amber. Mostly cloudy with less than 5% amber is the perfect time to harvest.

And yea, you can me a separate mix for veg and flower, I think that's better. Keep the N amendments in the veg mix and the P amendments in the flower mix.

lol yea .. it is .. we used to use liquid ether .. just as dangerous .. we did it out side ..

in a jar .. in with the suger leaves and popcorn buds and what ever ther is left from the shake ..

then liquid ether over it .. let it sit ½ a hour .. shake a littel .. then filter it down in to a heat proof pot ..

in the mean time inside your boiling water in a big pot (bigger then the heat proof pot)

now get your water .. bring it out side (no fire) stick the small pot in to the water carefully (no water in to the mix)

its like when your melting chocolate aso.

lets it stand a few untill most of the liquid ether is evaporatet and your left with the dark stuff (will still be a littel ether in it .. let it sit out side for a hour or so .. then you can bring it in )

and dont do it with a smoke in your mouth .. the hole point is keeping the ether away from open fire and keep it out side .. we usealy did it a littel at the time (½ a liter ether) so we did`t fool around with a barrel



only 5% amber ????? I think I read 50% amber and 50% cloudy .. need to make some more research I guess .. I do want it to be a stoned smoke .. I like high .. but I also need some stonei feeling remember I usealy smoke hash ..

and yea think I will make my soil mix a littel diffrent for veg and flowering .. more blood meal for veg and more guano for flowering (in short)

Yea, it's 5% or less. Technically you don't want any amber, because amber trichs are trichs that have already degraded. The reason we usually go 5% or less, is because if you see some amber you know for sure it's done, but it's harder to guess when they're milky within a few days.

You're probably thinking of how some people say 50-80% dark or red hairs means it's ready, which isn't really a good way to go by.

ahhh ok .. that make sens .. so cloudy is what you want ..
you just use the amber to make sure you got all cloudy and dont miss a lot of clear once ..

so in other words .. what you say .. haverst when you see any amber ..


and yea Ppl. seems to go with hair colors .. I did aswell when I grew out side .. but I did haverst over a week or so .. so I guess I had boath some early and some late once so to speak ..


EDIT: hmmm .. maybe thats why some plants was realy good and some not so much ?

4½ week in to flowering .. buds realy stacking up .. still have them curly leave from early flowering with the low PH/water isues ..
but new grow look great (also gave it a littel lime/Mearl agin) and seems liek the Guano and green sensasion is kicking in now .. trichomes is realy spreading all over

schould still have 3½ week or so left .. only my microcope will tell

damn Im begining to hate hot summer wether
so now I have a new line .. short and strait and bigger (6") to my passiv intake over my window ..

useing my old ventilation (187M3/hr) to help pull fresh air in ..

but its not enough to feed my outtake (285M3/hr) so I have a passiv intake aswell (just used a 90 degress bend to keep light out)

actualy I have two of em (see pics) but one is closed (just made a round cardbord brick I can turn inside) but when winther comes I might have to cut the intake ventilation to keep temps up .. and with two I can also regulate it more .. with one the negativ presure was a littel bit to much ..

so was a littel bored .. so made a "from seed to 5th week of flowering" pics ..





must say that them past 2½ month or so have been a good experiance .. Im realy looking forword to haverst and do my next runn ..

I just love my new thermo/hydrometer

not just for telling me what the temps and humidity is inside my room ... but also for telling me its dry

You're almost there man. You did a lot better than I did my first grow, or first three lol. New pics look good, buds still not huge though, but they've got another week or so to fatten. Everything will improve with your next grow anyways. But I think you're gonna be really impressed with what you get. Can't wait to see it trimmed under white light.

After I finish the basement this week I think my next step is going to be to try to keep the veg tent at 50% or higher humidity. I can't keep fucking with these mites lol.

and the fact that I smoked for +20 years and have a few "throw the seeds on the ground backyard" grows from way back ..
so not completly alien for me .. and always like plants .. seems to like my logic aswell

and no not huge .. but nice swolen and look thic .. dunno only time will tell .. Im happy and yea a week atlest .. I bet two .. will end week 6 tomorrow .. and entering week 7 tuesday ..

and still have the Ripen I might use once or twise just to let em rip a bit more before I haverst .. have also begon to cut 15 minuts light each day .. dunno .. I read a lot for it and a lot aginst it .. most aginst it tho was the fact that less light was = to less buds for was mostly thricomes build up and to rip it ..

I guess boath are right .. I like the idea tho and wanted to try it .. also since I still do have a bit high temps .. tho looking at my new termo/hydro meter I see 29,4C and 33% Humidity but to cut the last hour or two would be nice as its mostly ther it peaks with 32C

and I dont mind useing less power aswell .. and if I dont get HUGE buds I will still be ok if they are full of resin

well just seemd logic for me to do ..

Mmmmm .. did just smoke my fist popcorn bud .. did pick a tiny bottom one yesterday amd let it dry on a lamp untill to day ..

tast was a bit green ..not to bad .. smoot .. but damn .. for a unmature popcorn bud that was fast dry it is pretty good ..

bud did wight 2 grams wet .. ½ gram or so "dry" got 3 bong heads out of it .. and I have like no spit in my mouth and a pretty high buzz and a littel smile on my lips


might also be since I finaly got my intake and room spot on ... so I can keep temps around on 80-82 all the time ...

a littel plywood in ther to direct the fresh air wher I need it ..

and my tower fan out side insted .. and out side the bed room .. at the door .. blowing fresh air in to my bed room ..

found out heat was building up in ther over night .. and as half my intake is passiv from my bed room it was also building up in the grow room ..

so I sumtimes ended up on 86-88F .. now I can keep the temps down in the bed room as I get fresh air in ther ..

them two things made my temps drop like 2-6F in the grow room ..
