Do i need a break from weed?

Coffee will do it if you drink coffee I would lay off before you toke. sounds like you have a high thc sativa. kush will have tight bud clusters. It could be the kind of smoke your getting. Some will wind you up some will put you out.

well, 2 things come to mind.

it might be that the kush´es have too much thc in relation to the cbd (meaning they were harvested too early or the strain is more an upper)


upper strains can be bit more difficult to handle for people that have difficulty with paranoia. (needs the cbd to bring it down and make it into that comfortable pillow for your mind)

course if the weed was legal then i sincerely doubt there would be any paranoia

i dont remember having been paranoid about anything but cop related.

I have often wondered if the paranoia of getting busted is the core issue, do they give medical cards out for "afraid of the man"? As long as were on the subject can anyone recomend any weak but delicious strains to work with? Currently smoking OG kush, Chem Valley Kush, G13 haze x diesel, bubbleberry x reefermans diesel, cataract kush (lettin this one go), and soon, Jack the Ripper, Harmony x blockhead, and Bubba Kush x Deep chunk. I have never been a fan of couchlock make you sleep strains and these have treated me well for a few years but lately if I over indulge just a little it jacks me right up?

I just wanted to post an update to this thread i started, in case someone else is having a similar issue. i have been having a much better time with smoking lately. all i did was smoke through it all. i started with a puff or 2 at a time, and slowly have been able to get back to my regular smoking without having panic/anxiety attacks. for a while it was hard, if i smoked too much at once and got too high i would have the attacks, but i would just breathe through it and stay calm. things are better now, and im getting my tolerance back.
