and for shit and giggles..thought id toss this in here.i recently had won a contest on a website for a "job for a cowboy" ibanez guitar...for those of you metalheads who knows who that band is..just got it the mail today.in agreement with the record company...im doing a custom JFOC logo im going to airbrush under the bridge...first time ive really won something worth anything...woo hoo

How did u get it like that?
I see an awesome lst job that winds around the top of the cup,but u must have topped,maybe lots of times!? :)???

thanks for checking out our grow man...and yep..these are all from seeds...dont have the room to work with clones yet...but soon will...and the 2 really bushy party cups was ccob trained (crop circle) thats where you tie the plant around the top of your container...and only 1 of them was topped...it gets all the branches the same you get more branching doing lst...when you tie the top of the plant down...it kinda confuses the plant..all the side growth now becomes new tops...so where if you grow the plant straight up and you get the little popcorn buds on the side...instead you now have side branches that forms new tops that turn into new colas...fucking love crop circle training...will probably do every grow from now on this way...you get a bigger yield in a smaller space...not much of a downside..other then having to veg them a little longer to get the branches to grow out first

I realy like the looks and sound of that ccob training,realy neat...
Seems like there is so many different ways to make these plants better,by training,pruning,cutting ect...there so many different things that works,and we are all still learning...This is the fun part about growing I think,watching them grow up from seed..taking care of their every need ect,u can try different ways of growing...thats why I always grow a couple plants ect...so I can mess around,lol...

bigger container....oh hell yeah it works...the guy i learned this tek from grows them in 5 gallon buckets...i dont have the room for that just yet or i would be doing the same...if you do a search for short bus or hobbes...they can explain in better detail how they do it..this is my first time trying this method...and so far so good...after these finish me and SP are starting a papaya and a bubblicious grow...they are going to be trained in 3 gallon buckets...should be a good grow next time...hoping for a male and a female with those 2...then im going to breed them...papaya/bubblicious cross should be some dank herb...not going to let it pollinate the whole plant..ill just pollinate one branch..get a few seeds..then take some clones from the plants those seeds produce

Man, I love those little mini-circles. Awesome. Digging the couple grow, too. I told the wife about it last night and she thought it was great, now she wants to take a few of her own clones and run through my system. Maybe I'll get her on RIU, too! I saw that you were looking at tents, amazon.com has em for around $100 for a 4x4. Look for a seller called ledwholesalers, they got the hook-up. You guys are killing it, I'm subscribed and +rep to SP, Ruiner, it won't let me rep you again yet.

thanks bro...and im starting to love the guitar...had to do some work to it to get it up to par...had to fix the bridge...them fat-10 bridges suck as it comes to tuning..dropped it to the deck and locked it in place..if i wanna do whammy type pantera shit...ill use a floyd rose system for that

thanks man...and hell yeah..get the miss's in on this too..it makes things easier to have the other half involved and open minded enough to let us grow in the first place...and ive been looking at a few different tents here and there...dont know if i want to build one or buy one...would be much cheaper to build one...and can make it custom fit what area im putting it in...but thats a lot of work and i want it to be light proof...lot of the panda film im finding dont look that great unless i want to spend a ton of money..and rep to you again...of course when it lets me

well..its done right...just sucks its in a party cup..cant wait to use this method in buckets and start pulling some harvest like short bus over there...he has this shit mastered...but for my first time trying it..and it being in a party cup..ive got no complaints

thanks bro..i just wish the smaller ones would start to fully flower...its slow going with these for some reason...its still only got the preflowers now...but there are preflowers on about every node..just not packing on the weight yet..guess ill start its bloom nutes tonight and see if that helps..they are still getting just grow nutes right now

think im caught up on rep for everyone....will be doing updates later tonight and a few pics...but this might be our last update for a little bit...we are moving to a new place in the next day or 2 and will be without internet till its hooked up at the new place..having to switch to verizon fios...not sure how long they take and how that works...have always used digital cable...never had to use this company for net and phone before...but might be able to steal song signal from neighbors..if not will update when we get net...and met the new landlord today...guy seems really cool and might even be a burnout..but either way growing isnt going to be a problem at the new place...i dont see the guy coming around unless we call him...so no more dresser bullshit stealth grows...soon as i have the funds...its upgarde time

Switching the nutes will help em get the hint that it's flower time. I don't lnow if you saw this in my journal, but it might help with your feeding workload... I've been keeping my smaller girls in a "Ghetto Hydro Bath," which I also call the Lazarus Pit, cuz I get high too much. It's just a tray with nutes a couple inches deep and an airstone, like DWC for container plants. Read about it in a book on hydro for veggie gardeners, and so far it's been kicking ass. I leave em in there for a day or 2, let em dry, repeat. Since you already keep em in a tub, thought it might be worth considering. Either way, everything looks healthy and vibrant.

i normally wait till a week after i switch to 12 12 to start bloom nutes..its only been 12/12 for 4-5 days now...thought id start them early this time..and i had to take the tub out..i wanted the haze in the bucket in the middle..would not work with the tub in there..and it had cracks in it anyways...but ive read a few things about that also...not sure how it would work with party cups..i only have 3-5 holes in the bottoms of each cup...but one question i have...wouldnt that raise my humidity in there?since im flowering now i want to keep it low...i might try that when i start my next batch during veg...seeing as my humidity stays way to low during veg..but then again that will probably change after i get a tent.

reminds me of my last harvest...her name was party girl....started in a party cup..then overnight grew into my dwc that was on it first test run to check for leaks...had just plain tap water in it...kinda fucked her up for a bit from the ph being almost 8...but she was some dank herb thats for sure...but yours is looking good man
