DIY with Quantum Boards

Qb96 rig in veg tent. Gonna have to turn them way down. Also going to get some aluminum angle and make small frames so I can hang them…. Better

My hlg600r actually had a few diodes that stayed on during lights off. Emailed HLG. They came through quick. Warranty is legit! In the meantime, I added my 4qb132 to my flower tent

other light arrived. But I may just keep the 132s in there and add the two qb96 in a few weeks. I like this rig pretty good.

Meanwhile in the 4ft x 4ft late veg, early flower tent.....

The soil plants that were in the 4ft x 4ft have been moved to the hut.

Six more White Widow x Sensi Star original clones for the tent.
Just transplanted to 22l containers about an hour ago.
The soil was outside for 4/5 days and was well wet with rain.
DIY soil mix with added ecothrive charge.
2l of feed each. Tomatorite 1.5 ec. pH ~ 7- ish from memory lol
Once they bite into the new soil they won't need any feed for a while, just water.

Air Extraction, a 75mm 12v pc fan.
Passive intake.
There's a 4" fan and carbon filter that I can use, recirculating the air in the tent.
VPD, what's that? Who cares. I dont believe in it!
When the plants are that small they don't need 4ft x 4ft so I use polystyrene sheets to reduce the area to about 10 square ft.

More transplanting later, either Paradise White Berry or more White Widow x Sensi Star original .......

Looking at parts for my rspec boards is depressing, might as well just buy a light for what they want for heatsink and drivers smh.. I got 3 v2 301b boards wasting away for lack of parts. Anyone know a good supplier?

You can order drivers from Digi-Key, Arrow, Mouser, future electronics or similar electronics suppliers. Prices are quite reasonable but shop around. Also octopart.com is cool for searching parts like drivers it will summarize all the prices and links to places that sell that part.
If you need heat sinks you will have to figure out some aluminum sheet which is usually better found local.

I read this earlier then saw these on ebay

4 qb132 on meanwell lrs 350 and 2qb96 on HLG-320-54a flower tent

all on full blast. Maybe too many watts. We will see. DWC.

I'm running two dozen QB132's in one 4*8 and a dozen QB288 in another, start to finish...

Does the par on those 4 panel overlap much. I figured about 10in apart for the 288 with my apogee to be good in middle for vegging at least. Not going over 500
