@robincnn @Stephenj37826 over a year later I'm still churning it out with my QB304 build. I have a friend who wants a light for his 2x2 space. Is the same QB304 and driver combo still the best option ? If not what is ? Also how available are the boards and heatsinks ? Back when I got mine it came with everything but the driver and frame work.

Yes and no. High luminous density is a good thing(optics). It's not worth a big sacrifice in efficacy though.

Hi, I'm very new (my first post) and i was wondering if the HLG 260w quantum board (and more specifically the controller) could withstand the 220V in the european electric grid? If not, would it be ok If I get a AC converter from 220V to 120V (and would a 1000W converter be stable and good enough?)
Sorry if It's a stupid question - I just want to get in on this awesome Led action and have fallen deep down the rabbit hole.

Most drivers will handle Euro voltage just fine.

so a Meanwell HLG-240H LED Driver can withstand the 220V? So theoreticaly all I would need is to have a wall plug adapter (or just cut the wires and put the wires in an european plug)?

Yes.
The driver doesn't come with a plug, you wire your own to it as part of the assembly process.

Yes i expect it will be so... With my 2.7x 2.7 it will be a bit much. So i expect to dim it to about 80% max power... It depends on the heat
i just wonder when the stock will be available (two qb 304s, 260w)
