What do you guys think the perfect size tray under a slate 5 would be? I was thinking of something around 20x40" or 22.5x45". Or could they be a bit bigger?

Shit! I was about to buy a 2800mA driver since I thought for sure that would do the trick. Maybe I'll go 3500mA just to be sure...I saw that! And I beat him! I had one board running on a 320H-c2800...... as I stood gaping at it for a minute or two! Takes a licking and keeps on ticking!
I don't agree at all I've hung two 600w panels and so far it's doing as well as my de hps we're doing in the same spot. Your jealousy and dick riding need to put up or shut up. Biggest hater/goof don't you have anything better to do? Honestly man if I had as much free time as you do dick riding hid lights I'd be a millionaire.heres a pic for ya goofThose things lack any type of usable intensity, gonna make some fluffy as hell nugs unless put super close to canopy, why bother...they aren't even a new design those crappy boards been around as long as LEDs been around.

That junk look familiar?
It's like we are moving backwards with LEDs instead of forward....
Also , I have too share this. ( sort of quantum related ).
Went to the local swap meet with wifey and came across this.
I seen it on a table ( in the box ) , and asked the Mexican guy selling his stuff .....
" How much for the HUMIDIFIER ???? " ....... I wanted see what he would say ...
GIMME $10
Everything was in the box ... Except roll of bags .... No problem.
I gave him a ten and walked back to the car.
*Humidifier .... Lol
I never really thought about buying a tabletop balloon vape , but for $10 ,
OH HELL YEAH

I've noticed they also sag slightly in the middle under the weight of the driver...Sorry, Slate 3 is out of stock and we plan to discontinue it. We will make a slate 1 triple next time.
Slate 3 was thin profile, got easily bent in shipping. It was hard to do Extrusion of slate 3 as it was thin and scrap rate was higher during production so cost goes up. We will keep slate 1 instead of slate 3. slate 1 is thicker and is slightly better in cooling.
We will have slate 2 in triple. Will be here in 10 days.
Edit: any slate 3 leftover after fulfilling orders should be available this weekend or early next week
Is there a par map of a single qb304 (or even 28 running at full power at a height suitable of flowering anywhere?
Looking to build 2 qb fixtures, each on a .5m/20'' extruded bar heatsink. Running them each on full power hoping to cover 1x1m / 40x40'' / just over a 3'x3' reflective tent and im having trouble figuring out how to hang them in order to get good coverage. Is it possible? Dont mind getting those reflector flaps if they will help.
@ledgardener did some tests in a 3x3 and they only got me more confused. It looked like hanging them the 2 boards next to eachother, short end to short end gives better averages than hanging them further apart. Anyone tried hanging 2 qbs next to eachoter, longside to longside for this size area? Any help welcome
@robincnn and anyone else
And thanks to ledgardener for the hilarious powerhandling video, good to know that we dont have to mollycoddle the these boards.
Also request: qb120 in 2700k 90cri for supplemental red
