Thinking of opening a new store in Warren!! Anyone have any feedback? I know there is a spot between 8 & 9 and dequindre that's been there a few years... Warren police must not be beating them up too bad.

I'd be cautious for two reasons. A) What Dr Gruber said, and B) You will have a ton of competition with all of the dispensaries lined up on the Detroit side of 8 mile that border Warren.

I paid the 300 for one hr with Michigan's number one MJ Lawyer or least the most expensive. I was going to open one in Ferndale seeing how it's legal there, he said one thing about both Oakland and Macomb county. They both have there own DEA Task force, there federal, there crooked and they will close you down by any means necessary!

I'd venture to say 300$ per hour is NO where near the most expensive MJ attorney brother. Actually with a 200-1000$ national average charged by law firms it's on the low side. Although that is an interesting piece of info if true. If one could map the state's federal drug war subsidies provided to both counties and cities in both cash and federal agency support we would likely find the biggest abusers of MMJ patients statewide.

A racket is a service that is fraudulently offered to solve a problem, such as for a problem that does not actually exist, will not be affected, or would not otherwise exist. Conducting a racket is racketeering. (Wikipedia)

I've consulted a couple attorneys... Noone can really tell you exactly what will happen in Warren smh - I do know there is 1 operating for over 4 years and they are still open so there must be some tolerance. I also know that the dispensary in Shelby Township (yes, Shelby Township) was open for over 10mo before they were recently closed for selling over the legal limit to an undercover (ie, they were stupid)

Is there a zoning ordinance where you can located?
I cannot find any specific ordinance for the city of Warren. I have had someone tell me the existing dispensary might be "Grandfathered in" Due to dispensaries not ever being 100% legal in the state of MI I find it hard to believe that is the case.

my choice would be . Detroit first then Ypsilanti , then ann arbor . actually no Ypsilanti first . because I would pay local city tax and I would be welcome with my arms wide open . just like canacure does .
