Been using GH for a while decided to experiment with a different feed plan with the same 1-1-1 ratio for moms and recomended cutting feed from GH with Rapid start 2 tsp/g PH to 5.5-5.8. I have researched Dyna-Grow A LOT and decided to try it with my same feed ratio of about 1-1-1. Of course I had to modify some additives to achieve this. Mainly I am trying to get cuts to root faster. With healthy moms, I am trying to get full roots in 5 days regardless of strain. So far I have been able to get roots through cubes in massive amounts with old feed and recomended cutting feed from GH in my cloning machines/trays in roughly 6-7 days. Goal for me is to get it to 4-5 days. I have done this one time but forgot the feed because i did not write it down. It was one of those.. I wonder what would happen if I gave my moms this and put this in cloner and totally forgot what I put in it and at what ratio. Whatever it was I got roots and I mean nice roots in 3 days 21 and half hours. Roots were about 1/4 inch long at this time frame but not on all cuts just a couple out of 120 cuts.
For this I am going to cut my tops as they take longer to root as well as second cuts ( cutting another one below where I cut the tops ) as these cuts root faster. All top growth cuts no mid to lower cuts as lower cuts root faster and I am trying see what is going to make the longer rooting ones root faster. If I can cut down time on these then it should cut down time on my normal mid to lower branch cuts
Setup
Large moms are in pots with Sunshine mix #4
New strains ( seedlings and new growing ) 4x8 tray and 4x4 trays with coco mat and 1 bail Sunshine #4 per 4x4 2 per 4x8
Feeding once every 3 days
4x600 watt MH eye hortilux blue bulbs 1 per 4x4 space on a light rail 5.0 4 total in this room
Mom mix
Dyna grow Protekt 1/2 tsp/g
Dyna grow feed 1/2 tsp/g
Plus-C 2 tbs/g
Raw Phosphorus 1/8 tsp/g
Acadian Kelp Extract 1/4 tsp/g
Cal-Mag 1 tsp/g
Ph 5.8 ( 5.7-5.8 range )
Mom foliar at the moment is
Protekt, Superthrive, Acadian, yucca and neem ( neem for preventative maintenance daily to every other day if PM is present usually due to laziness and 2x a week if not present one being in weekly feed )
Once every 2-1/2 to 3 weeks
Triacontanol 0.95 ppm per/g with acadian PH'd to 8.0-8.3

Recommended dose of GH 1/4 tsp/g and 2 tsp per 5/g Rapid start
I was just being lazy due to amount of work I do and never got a real clone recipe till now because I got sick of waiting 6-8 days for roots to pop through cubes
Clone mix and setup
I stopped being lazy and cheap and added 2 3000 K bulbs per 4ft 8 bulb T5 and came up with a new clone feed out of the need to have faster rooting clones to keep up with business.
4 foot T5 8 bulb lights with 6, 6500 K bulbs and 2, 3000 K bulbs over each 120 site clone machine and 180 site or 5 trays max ( 2,1,2,1,2 bulb setup in T5's )
15 min Dip in Dyna grow KLN 1 tbs/g then dip in Root tech then into clone machines or cubes 100 ppm Raw Phosphorus 1/4 tsp/g Pro-Tekt 2 tsp/g Rapid start 1/8 tsp/g acadian kelp extract, 1/4 tsp/g Superthrive water temps kept at 70-72 degrees with water chillers.
After roots start to form
Ful-power at a 5:2 ratio with seaweed
Usually about 15 gallons in clone machine so I add the break down of
6.25 tsp per 50/g Flora Micro,
6.25 tsp per 50/g Flora grow,
3.125 tsp per 50/g Flora bloom
Comes out to about 0.9375 txp for each 15 gallon clone machine or 4.6 ml ( when I add the GH nutes the PPM's went up about 2.5 times the amount they would be at with just these nutes alone )
I was adding Rapid start at start of root formation but realized it better to add with pre root mix as I saw better results with faster root formation on stems
I will also be trying Dyna-Grow in place of GH as I saw faster root formation using Dyna instead of GH for clone mix feed ( ratio to be determined )
After i get my mix dialed in I will try a foliar on top of this
