i'm not worried about power consumption. i had to run the AC all summer, and it paid for itself. now i have to run the space heater for about a month and even though that will run me a good $100 or so, it's more than worth it.A dehumidifier pulls half the power of a space heater though. These things come to mind when all your power comes from the sun.
you dont want to dry it quick the process of drying is important to the process of maturing of canabinoids in resinA dehumidifier pulls half the power of a space heater though. These things come to mind when all your power comes from the sun.
Dude, quit backpedaling, you said PAR value cannot be measured and could not be increased, you were proved wrong, now take it like a man bro!PAR ight is measured by what is available . .. but it still doesnt change the fact that it is within 400-700
you first response was a light bulb at 400-750, 750 is not PAR as it is not within 400-700
is this hard to understand for you
PAR intensity can Change PAR is a set value within a specific range, photons at longer wavelengths do not carry enough energy to allow photosynthesis to take place.
are you going all GOP science on me(bill nye can start hurricanes, womens boddies prevent real rapeetc)
in late flower you dont need as much so your soil biology is making producing enough,. in veg you will need more,Actually I was pointing out the contradiction in your post.
turning on the heat, i like to dry out the outdoor stuff quickly.
I thought you and Bucky were like growers? Looks like you are polar opposites. He like to add N towars the end of a grow, you don't. he likes to bake his weed dry, you don't. Its funny that you think you guys are in agreement.you dont want to dry it quick the process of drying is important to the process of maturing of canabinoids in resin
best bet to avoid mold is to have tons of air flow . . and no mold . . lol
i was hoping you would biteDude, quit backpedaling, you said PAR value cannot be measured and could not be increased, you were proved wrong, now take it like a man bro!
Guess what? You used the word of the week incorrectly and once again make no sense at all. Your point is MOOT!in late flower you dont need as much so your soil biology is making producing enough,. in veg you will need more,
just reiterating so you actaully know vs have some stupid point to make that makes no point as your understanding of the needs of your plant are moot(word of the week)

A heater will dry the bud out the fastest, but you weren't aware of that were you?
Remember Samwell, I was the one who said I wasn't an expert in lighting and plant biology but the more you open your mouth, the better I feel about my own knowledge! LOLi was hoping youwoudl bite LMFAO
par can be measured as a unit of flux . . But in another post you said PAR was constant and could not be measured, nice trap Samwell! LOL .you are so stupid it cracks me up . . . i can set these up all day . Keep um coming, it's quite amusing!. next ill ask you about the calvin cycle and why even in darkness it is important to photosynthesis, i expect scientific terms to be use dif you care to try and step up, no sales advertisements of youtube video . . paraphrase or copy and paste
i never add N towards the end of the grow, i just wean off of it as flower progresses. they get transplanted into new soil before being flipped, which gives them all the N they should need, although i do give them a half feeding of it during flower before cutting it off.I thought you and Bucky were like growers? you dont know what a plant needs so any assumption on your part is MOOT, man your comprehension skills are getting worse every dayGuess what? You used the word of the week incorrectly and once again make no sense at all. Your point is MOOT!

Dude, in your last post about space heaters you said you would use them for about a month and will cost you about $100! Now you only use the heater for a day or two????and i don't bake the weed dry, i draw out the moisture from the outdoor stuff quickly over the first day or two before letting it hang dry like normal..
If you ADD heat you are baking it. I am not implying that you put it in the oven for 3 hours at 450F or until the turkey timer pops out.i never add N towards the end of the grow, i just wean off of it as flower progresses. they get transplanted into new soil before being flipped, which gives them all the N they should need, although i do give them a half feeding of it during flower before cutting it off.
and i don't bake the weed dry, i draw out the moisture from the outdoor stuff quickly over the first day or two before letting it hang dry like normal. that stuff comes out with more moisture than indoor stuff, which just gets hung and dried slowly without added heat.
its no expert shit . . its basic . . . . you dont know the basics . . .Remember Samwell, I was the one who said I wasn't an expert in lighting and plant biology but the more you open your mouth, the better I feel about my own knowledge! LOL
Stupid people don't know they are stupid. It's because they are stupid.
i will be harvesting from the GH for the better part of a month. take it in, trim it up, hang it and dry it out in laundry room quickly, move to office to dry normally and make room for the next batch.Dude, in your last post about space heaters you said you would use them for about a month and will cost you about $100! heh you ll be lucky to get 2 pounds trimmed in one day and your back is gonna hurt like a MoFO!i will be harvesting from the GH for the better part of a month. take it in, trim it up, hang it and dry it out in laundry room quickly, move to office to dry normally and make room for the next batch.
the drying and curing process will go on for nearly two months.
it's not surprising that you don't understand this, you have never grown a thing in your life. do you think one man can harvest and trim 10-15 pounds in a day or two? clearly you don't know shit, clayton. a true wikipedia warrior.
i had no idea drying at 80 degrees instead of 60 degrees was "baking it". i consider that smart practice here in oregon. it gets all wet and cold this time of year, not a good idea to let weed dry in 60 degree temps with 80% humidity. i'd prefer 80 degree temps with 40-50% humidity for outdoor stuff. If you ADD heat you are baking it. I am not implying that you put it in the oven for 3 hours at 450F or until the turkey timer pops out.
