Defoliation while flowering

I’ve done some defoliation in the past but wondered what’s everyone’s preferred dates to defoliate while in flower ? I’m at day 10 and I’m going to do my one and only defoliation at day 21 I’m hoping the last of the stretch is up then I’ve previously grown these strains and the stretch wasn’t that much at all ….. after that I’ll start to pull leaves off at around day 55 I let them go to 63 days last time may let them go til 70 days see if the finish is better
I have some new additions this time round with 2 black cherry pie f5 by in-house , dark phoenix fem by ghs , cindy 99 freebie and a white widow freebie they all had a few weeks veg and not the largest if I find a keeper I’m going to reveg them also another question has anyone ever potted up in flower ? Can it be done thanks happy growing

I don't really have set dates. I prune and defoliate about a week before the flip and then again after they stop stretching. I like to send my plants into flower with healed wounds and a new set of fresh little leaves. I usually spread out the second defoliation. I'll pull maybe half and then keep refining day by day until either the canopy looks good enough or the leaves become too resinated.

I just defoliated/ thinned out 3 plants at day 11 of flowering the other day. I normally do it around day 1 but didn't get round to it. Then at 3 weeks in clean up any crap that I don't think will produce any good bud.

So you just defoliate as and when you feel like it if they’res a leaf in the way it gets pulled so just general maintenance on them every day your in the grow

So same as me day 21 if it’s to low down or gna be larf it comes off along with a lot of the leaves to get some good light down into the workings of the plants

Yep. The first wave of the second defoliation is to open up a bunch of light / airflow. I notice a lot of hidden wet spots on the leaves when I do. Then they're on a case by case basis for the next couple of weeks.
