as for changing from soil to dwc, i dig the ultra low maintenance of soil for my mothers and clones i have waiting to get thrown into hydroton that dont make it directly from the bubble cloner... i just rinse the soil off really good, and an eye on solids in my reservoir the first week or so...

ok, so im thinking about installing two 7' light movers for the tent, to have them alternative passes, so i can get some better coverage... the only issue is i wont have the money for this until around february 20th, and at that point my dwc will be in flower, which may mean a day of bullshit work yanking everything out...

there would be an issue with that now that i think about it because of my perpetual setup im gonna have, so i may opt to not do it...

kk, so after serious consideration i have decided i am not going to get light rails, i can buy another cheap ass air cooled 600w digital light setup for like $50 more... so i will run 1800 in there beginning in about a couple weeks, and i am also switching from dwc to flood tables...

probably gonna get 1kw instead of 600...

plans are in the making... new journal will be coming up soon... its looking like i will have my typical cooler dwc in one side, a 3x3 table in their other... the toughest decision will be which one to put the 1k over, i think it will end up going over the dwc because i want the yield to boom asap. then i might just get another 1k after the next harvest on the other side. i will be putting a 3x3 flood table in my 4x4 tent as well for clones, and my mothers will go in the closet under the t5, but im gonna get a 4' t5 next month. everything is pretty much going along as planned, harvest might start tonight, at least partially, but i think im going to do the bulk of the harvest the following night. also i am thinking about leaving the 600w that would be doing nothing over the under growth for a week or two, since im staggering the one side of the tent. i really dont know how much more the buds on the bottom would mature. if anyone does know feel free to tell me lol.

woke up at about 3:30am and decided to start harvesting since there is a blizzard going on, and later today me and my lady got some popcorn, movies, and weed... she's got the day off because of the snow so im gonna try to get all of the mature buds done. i am still wondering how much lower buds can improve if i spread everything out, and just let them sit there under the single 600w. im gonna have an extra light so i may give it a shot. if anyone knows anything regarding that please hit me with some info. if anything id like to just get em a little more mature for my bubble... here is a link to the album which contains really high def images, you just have to click the thumbnail, and then click fullsize at the bottum of the popup:

hah....yeah...but what I don't understand is during the first few days is was fkn chaos....why ruin your city....like when a team wins the superbowl or the stanley cup they tear up the streets and damn near burn the place down....IDK...crazy people...but I def. support their cause...pretty much a pres. wanting to run the place like a commy from what I understand...30 somethin years as a pres...WTF.............Ahhh...democracy...If we don't like em..we don't reelect...I love the US....I've been real busy with work lately so haven't been able to catch up on all the details.

yea, i was explaining to my girlfriend what was happening yesterday. she had no idea either as she has been caught up with work. which makes me wonder since she comes into contact with a whole lot of people daily at the hospital, what everyone talks about. i mean, thats a pretty substantial event happening over there. either way, ive got everything that was above the screens chopped. which leaves a big ass bush of frosty, lighter buds... i think im gonna leave a 600 on em until i get the 3x3's and mh bulb for that tent to be my veg tent. and see if they mature any better, i nuted the water today to 1.2 ec and lowered the lights... about to do a res change on the smaller reservoir. high def macros after they are done drying to come, and of course the next journal. looks like i am gonna be able to pick up a variety of clones in the next few weeks, so around the beginning of march i will be flowering one of my flood tables... and also running the flood table in my veg tank... heres some pics:

thats what i was thinking as well, especially if those lower budsites mature.

I call them "Top Hats" and "Pants". I harvest the hats then go back for the pants like 10 days later. If those 2 pics are just the pants you will have a monster "Pants" harvest.

btw bonzi, how is the smoke that ends up coming off the 'pants' after 10 days or so... better for hash material?

No noticable difference, but would be great for hash.

FWIW the DWC,CFL girls are packing on the trichs, are now frostier than the soil, The DWC is ahead of Soil now but the buds are much smaller, I think mostly from the abuse from the DIY tent before I moved them to the DR60. Went to tak pics and the batteries went out, sigh.

it takes some time to get everything together. i just had a couple friends stop by to drop me off a nirvana white rhino clone im putting straight to mother... they were supposed to bring blue dream as well, but apparently there was some miscommunication. oh well, i also am gonna have about 4-5 more strains next grow as well.

dude didnt come through with the blue dream clone, but i got the white rhino, i topped her, and cloned the top i took off. im gonna build a quick bubble cloner bucket today and take some clones for the helluvit. i do have something interesting to report. i was bending my branches down on my vegging plants and ended up almost breaking a branch, so i hung it with string for support, and made a wax bandage for it. there was another branch that had been bent almost as bad as well. well, within two days the one branch broke the wax bandage and had already started forming a knot, the other one is taking a little longer to bounce back visibly. so any time i end up bending my limbs to the point where they seep liquid, which i guess is a break, im going to seal it with parrafin wax... i will have pics of all that later...
