Thanks! the pics i posted today really dont do em justice tho lol
What soil mix do you use?still have a few more holes to dig. i also go all my soil and amendment needs taken care of just need to mix it all up. also since i got the extra room now imma give compost tea a try
I've been buying most of my stuff at Lowe's too. I do buy my mushroom compost by the truckload at the Farmer's Co-Op. It's so cheap, I use a lot of it in my mix.most of the time i just use MG moister control potting mix but this year im mixin up my own with soils and amendments i picked up at lowes
It would go good in medium to tall trees. I've seen growers trim all the side branches off plants up to 6 feet. If you were looking down, you could walk through their patch and not see the plants. Looking up, it would be another matter. Nineteen feet is the tallest I have ever seen with my own eyes. 12-15 feet was the sweet spot though. This was before all the planes in the sky, but their patches never got found.so out of all the strains i got going, the only 1 im not diggin is the GDP its super linky/stretchy. awful spacing between nodes its already as tall as i am so i figure around harvest time its gonna be round 10 or so feet
One of my CP1's is showing too much leg herself. Big and tall is good. Skinny and tall, not so much.it being tall isnt the problem. its the spacing between nodes that i dont like about it. but that may just be the over crowding and it tryin to beat the rest for the light
Why not top that plant and the side branches as well.that should give you moore bud if it is toped.I top and pinch a lot.One of my CP1's is showing too much leg herself. Big and tall is good. Skinny and tall, not so much.

This year's plants are F-2's {of my Sidetracked: strain}. I'll be like Goldie Locks. This one is too big. That one is too small. I want to breed the one that is just right.
If it was mine I would top it a lot.so out of all the strains i got going, the only 1 im not diggin is the GDP its super linky/stretchy. awful spacing between nodes its already as tall as i am so i figure around harvest time its gonna be round 10 or so feet
i may top it and try to and try to get it to branch out moreIf it was mine I would top it a lot.
It was topped at 6 nodes, then those two tops were topped last week. {I would have topped the side branches yesterday, but airplane} It will make good bud, but I'm looking for the Golden Bean as far as breeding goes. The other CP1 in the same patch is a tad shorter, but has much better form. But when I get to chunking pollen, I may hit them both and sort it out later. Why not top that plant and the side branches as well.that should give you moore bud if it is toped.I top and pinch a lot.
