Hi again all. I recently popped 12 seeds that I made 2 cycles ago to try and grow some out and find a killer female pheno. The cross is (ISS x HB) (HashBerry) if my pollinating took. If not then it's prob going to be ISS x [(Kush x Lionheart) x (White Rhino x NL)]. Then there's the slim chance that it may be Super Skunk as these are the 3 males that I had in there at the time. Either way I'm sure there'll be a couple of sweet phenos in there. This time I'm cloning EVERYTHING! lol

I also at the same time popped some older F4's of Serious Seed's AK47 that a buddy gave me (good lookin' out LSDn420!). I'm hoping to find a special male in this batch to make a few more crosses this time or next along the way. I'm hoping to add the potency of the AK to the high type and flavor of the other strains that I have. I have 8 of these total, but 3 are for sure mutants and 1 is borderline to say the least! lol Oh well you never know what you're going to get with older seeds.

Anyway, here are a few pics...3 of the ISS crosses and 1 of the AK's.

Please follow along with me and see what happens!

Here is some of your ISS beans that I popped and hopefully I get 1 or 2 girls..

just a quick glimpse and then I'll keep my pics to myself..bongsmilie
Well I was already drooling over them...lol...but glad to see that they're doing well and things are looking good. Your other babies look good too. I'm really psyched about seeing these things grow out since I actually made them. Hehehe they are all my bastard children.

YW. hey what lighting you using over your seedlings?
Originally I had them under the T5's, but then I moved them in under the MH that I have the clones vegging under now, and once I flip the clones I'll have to move them back under the T5's again until the clone crop gets the chop. hehehe

Well guys, I hate to say this but I think I burnt my seedlings a little. lol I'm going to ask your opinions though because honestly I've never actually messed up seedlings before. They've always been perfect. This time however, I tried to give them 1 tsp of Grow Big along with the Superthrive and Big Bloom for several waterings and this is what I got. What do you guys think? Nute burn? Or something else...

Anyway, I dropped the Grow Big from their lineup (honestly I was just giving them what I was giving the clones I'm vegging right now in an attempt to not have to mix up different nute mixes. *lazy!*), and they have at least stabilized and aren't getting any worse. Other than the splotches on the leaves, they're growing well and making great progress. Worst case scenario, they're getting transplanted here in a week or less anyway, and I'm sure getting put into a bigger container with actual soil will buffer out any leftovers and get them back on track.

Anywho, the ISS crosses are looking great and there is definitely a lot a variation in the offspring. That is great, I love this. I might be able to hone in on both a great indica AND sativa pheno out of the 12 seedlings if I'm lucky. One of the tallest ones looks like a pure sativa, it's huge compared to the rest and the leaves have really long, thin fingers on them. Course it could also be a male too, but I'm hoping to find a great sativa pheno this time to run alongside my indicas so I don't get burnt-out on the high tolerance wise.

So the first pic is of the biggest AK47 seedling, showing the suspected nute burn. The rest are of the ISS crosses, mainly trying to show the burn on these as well. Let me know what you guys think. Oh and these are from like 2 days ago. I'll get new pics up on here prob tomo.

Yeah man that's what I thought too. It looks like some micro-nutrient deficiency to me really, but I'm not that good at diagnosing these types of things. It could be that the little guys are rootbound in the little Jiffy pots that they're in, and that is locking out some micro-nutient like copper or boron or something. Like I say, I'm sure the transplant will fix everything. Thanks for the help!

I was also thinking micro nutrient def or root bound. although root bound wouldn't affect the leaves this quickly. looking good by the way...doesnt look like nute burn at all.

check ph pen is calibrated.
