Posted this question in another thread, see if anyone can help me here.

I need some helping wiring this duct fan. My plug I got for the wall to wire to the duct fan only has two wires and are both the same, color and everything. The duct fan has it's green - ground, black - hot, white - neutral wires. Can someone help me out with what goes where?

IMO I would get the 3 wire plug to go to the wall. Keep it grounded.

if your looking at the socket in the wall and the ground hole is on the bottom of the two | | the one on the right goes to the black wire

OK.. Green ground. Black is hot, white is neutral . it goes black black. white white. green green :)
