I need some helping wiring this duct fan. My plug I got for the wall to wire to the duct fan only has two wires and are both the same, color and everything. The duct fan has it's green - ground, black - hot, white - neutral wires. Can someone help me out with what goes where?

IMO I would get the 3 wire plug to go to the wall. Keep it grounded.

All is well. I ended up just taping off the ground wire and it works well.

Going to go find some hose clamps or something to rig this on my cool tube. Two duct boosters, with the big and tall 10" floor fan, I should be goody.

if your looking at the socket in the wall and the ground hole is on the bottom of the two | | the one on the right goes to the black wire

IMO I would get the 3 wire plug to go to the wall. Keep it grounded.
