Currling leaves look like an Octopie's Tentacles. HELP

Please help me identify the problem as to why the leaves might be curling like that. I'm running two of these plants in the same environment however one is curling it's first true leaves in a way I've not seen posted here before.

Here's your problem; too much mother henning. There's nothing wrong with your seedlings. Be patient; they're babies. Good luck.

Thank you, you’re probably right it’s only my first grow therefore my excitement and anxiety is quite high.

Also be careful with the water. They don't need to be drenched at this age.
