Curious about Veg time

I've got 4 plants(indicas) in Veg about 5 weeks from clone. They're in 5 gallon smart pots with soil. Assuming time isn't an issue, roughly how big or how long can I veg before I'm dealing with root bound plants?
I'm trying to fill out my scrog net fully before I flower. I know they'll double in size by 3rd week of flower but still wondering what my absolute max size can be before in in trouble.

Go by how much room you have if time isn't an issue. Hit the switch when they are about half as tall as the amount of height you have. I'm only on my first grow. But listening to ppl here lead me the right way. My girls absolutely shot up after I hit the switch. Hit the switch when they were about 2.5-3ft tall. Now they are roughly about 6 feet tall. I was also told that strain/genetics is also a factor. And I've heard that some strains even triple in size. Also I'm using smart pots as well. And from what I've been told it will be extremely hard for your plant to get rootbound as the fabric allows air around the roots to prune them. Did you do any topping? I did and I have colas everywhere. Topping and lst seems the way for me so far

I veg for 4-5 weeks and the roots will solidly fill up a 5 gallon container. Your plants will triple in size when you flip to 12/12, some can even quadruple in size. Since you have indicas they will probably get closer to 2.5x as large and incredibly bushy once you flip.

If you were planning on scrogging your plants are already too large, they will overwhelm that small space you have left.
